Advocates are Lawbot Operations Analysts, a type of Specialist Cog. They are labeled as an associate to Back Stabbers. Advocates are Tier 5-7 Cogs ranging from levels 5-15.

Promotions

The Advocate Cog Disguise can only be used as an Executive Cog Disguise. Toons obtain this Suit after reaching Level 8 of their Conveyancer Disguise and have completed the Temperature Troubles Directive. Progression of this Suit can only be obtained by fighting the Overclocked C.L.O..

As with other Executive Cog Disguises, Patents are not required to progress the Advocate Disguise. Once Toons reach Level 15 of the Advocate disguise, they are able to do the Docket Dilemma Directive that allows them to reach their Shyster Disguise.

  • Info/Miscellaneous Lawbot Specialist Cogs now have the same chance to spawn as other Lawbots, increasing their availability throughout the streets and instance battles.

  • Info/Miscellaneous There are now six new types of Lawbots, with each being either a Field Specialist (Attack) or Operations Analyst (Defense).
    • Attack Cogs deal higher damage but have lower health and dodge chance, while Defense Cogs deal less damage with a higher health and dodge chance.
    • These specialized cogs have a chance to be sent out in place of regular Lawbots, so watch out!
    • Wiki Note Advocate is added to the game.

Trivia

  • An advocate is someone who publicly supports or recommends a particular cause or policy.
  • The design for Advocates is based off of multiple forms of the term "Devil's Advocate":
    • Their cat design is to play off of the cat part of the term (Advo"cat"e).
    • Their ears are also meant to be devil horns, to familiarize the Devil part of the term.
  • Advocates have the second highest variety of levels, as they have a range of 11 levels.
  • Concept art of the Advocate shows the Cog as an actual devil.
