Bagholders are the first Cog on the Boardbot Corporate Ladder. They are Tier 1 Cogs ranging from levels 1-5. Bagholders have a passion for hoarding all that they can, making them an exceptional candidate for the storage of data and other company assets.

  • Bagholder's hat and mustache color change depending on whether he is an Executive or a fired Cog.
  • The Bagholder was the first Boardbot Cog revealed as part of The Director's Cuts ARG.
  • Bagholders have a login for the cogs.ink website.
    • The username is bagholder and the password is _gimmiex2_.
  • Bagholder's are tied for the strongest Tier 1 Cog alongside Short Changes.
    • However, a few of Bagholder's attacks are significantly stronger at higher levels than that of Short Changes.
  • According to the C.O.O.:
    • Bagholders have a notable smell of old petroleum.
    • Bagholders were hired because the Chairman saw them hauling coal and they "looked like a Boardbot".
    • Bagholders were paired with Paper Hands for major projects, the two having contrasting personalities.
