To get Teleportation Access to the numerous different Playgrounds in Toontown, you have to complete certain Sidetasks. These tasks can be discovered by opening the Shtickerbook to the ToonTasks page and clicking on the Sidetask tab. Teleportation access to Cog Headquarters requires reaching the tier 5 Cog Disguise in the respective Cog Department.
