Director of Public Relations

The Director of Public Relations was a Sellbot Manager that could only be fought in Ye Olde Toontowne in The Dungeon.
The Director of Public Relations was the Neighborhood Miniboss of the Ye Olde Toontowne Taskline and was first fought in the Final Task of the Playground. He could then be fought at any time afterward. Unlike the other Neighborhood Minibosses, he was not accompanied by other Cogs.

This battle contains no additional Cogs.
The Director of Public Relations was able to attack two times in one round. The first attack was one of his four moves, and the second attack was always Glower Power. This cheat was indicated by a spinning dagger revolving around his head.

- v1.3.0 BETA
The Barnacle Boatyard and Ye Olde Toontown taskline managers have been renamed to the Land Acquisition Architect and the Public Relations Representative respectively.
This means the D.O.P.R. has been removed and replaced by the P.R.R,.

All taskline minibosses have received slight buffs to their max HP. They no longer follow a set formula.
In addition, the YOTT taskline miniboss (Director of Public Relations) will now appear at a set level, regardless of how many players enter the fight.
- The D.O.P.R. is always a Level 10.mgr with 200 HP.
- Previously, he ranged from levels 9-12.mgr (see trivia).
- His damage range has been adjusted from 9-25 to 13-24.

Trivia
- A director of public relations is someone who manages relationships with media organizations and helps maintain the public image of a client.
- Prior to the v1.2.7 update, the D.O.P.R.'s level varied by how many Toons entered the fight. He would range from Levels 9-12 going up by 1 with each additional Toon that entered the fight. Additionally, his HP would be the exact same as an Executive Cog found at the same level. His previous damage values from these levels can be found below.
