Drowsy Dreamland is the eigth and final Neighborhood in the Main Taskline, and is located between Mezzo Melodyland, The Brrrgh, and the under construction Boardbot Headquarters. Drowsy Dreamland is themed around nighttime and sleep.
Playground
Like all other main Playgrounds, Drowsy Dreamland has its own Gag Shop, Trolley, Pet Shop, Clothing Shop, Toon HQ, Fishing docks, and Kudos Board. It also has many NPCs, some of which are unique to the Playground:
- Dreamy, Rest, Dozy, and Snoozy: HQ Officers located in Toon HQ
- Jill and Phil: Gag Clerks located in the Gag Shop
- Sarah Snuze, R. V. Winkle, and Kat Knap: Pet Clerks located in the Pet Shop
- Worn Out Waylon: Clothing Tailor located in the Clothing Shop
- Freud: Fisherman located next to the fishing pond
- Snoozin' Susan: Shopkeeper located in The Snooze Bar
- Drowsy Dennis: Shopkeeper located in the Lullaby Library
- Tumbles: Tacky Tourist located to the right of the Twilight Terrace tunnel on the giant pillow
Drowsy Dreamland is perpetually kept in nighttime. The main area of the Playground is a giant bed with most of its buildings being found beyond the bedstand. Purple clouds surround the Playground with a vast starry sky overhead.
Scattered about the Playground are ZZZ treasures that Toons can pick up to regain Laff. Toons will also passively heal every 30 seconds while in the Playground. Knock Knock doors located on the Streets will heal for the same amount as treasures.

Streets
Twilight Terrace has two unique features. The first is its shortcut; by taking an immediate right turn at the beginning of the street Toons can find a shortcut tunnel taking them all the way to the street's end. The second is Twilight Terrace's ability to spawn Magnates, making this the only street where a Tier 7 Cog can be found naturally.

Tasks
The Drowsy Dreamland Taskline is the last section of the Main Taskline and begins after completing Acorn Acres. Toons will start by talking with Flippy and Professor Pete, then visiting Doctor Dimm at Dimm Nightlights - Scientifically Proven! on Twilight Terrace. You'll help out the townsfolk and investigate the Cogs' schemes, before stumbling upon the existence of The Directors hidden in the C.E.O.'s office. You'll infiltrate his office and take down the Directors, ending the Drowsy Dreamland Taskline... for now.
Sidetasks
Once players enter the DDL Taskline, they'll also gain access to this Neighborhood's Sidetasks. These tasks can be obtained by speaking to specific shopkeepers on Drowsy Dreamland's streets, which will be highlighted with exclamation points on the street map.

Kudos Tasks
Upon entering the Drowsy Dreamland Taskline, Toons will have access to its Kudos Board and Kudos Tasks. There are a wide variety of tasks to choose from, with this Neighborhood having the greatest requirements out of any other. Most notably, Drowsy Dreamland's kudos board will have tasks requiring Toons to defeat the Bossbot C.E.O.
Completing enough Kudos Board Tasks will require you to complete a Rank-Up Task and reach the next Kudos Rank. Kudos Ranks give permanent rewards and boosts while in that Neighborhood. Kudos Ranks 1-5 will be available for Toons to reach by default, with Ranks 6-10 accessible only after completing the Drowsy Dreamland Taskline. Trivia
- Twilight Terrace can support Magnate spawns because Boardbot Headquarters has not yet been released and would've otherwise allowed Tier 7 Cogs to roam its respective courtyard.
- The DDL nameplate is obtainable by saying the SpeedChat phrase "I'm Sleepy." (which is at the very bottom of the Friendly section) 20 times in the Playground.
- Twilight Terrace and Pajama Place originally had their locations and destinations swapped until the v1.2.1 update, which also introduced an overhaul to Twilight Terrace.
- Although Corporate Clash has long existed without the use of Disney characters from Toontown Online, Donald Duck's appearance from the toy cube is present in the Playground's loading screen.
