Estates
An Estate is where a Toon lives. Every Toon has an Estate. Toons can visit their Estate by opening their Shtickerbook to the Map page and selecting the yellow "Go Home" button at the bottom. The Estate comes with 6 homes, one for each potential Toon on that player's account. Ownership of each house is dependent on which slot the Toon is located on the Pick-a-Toon screen. The color of the house corresponds to the color of the slot. Toons can visit their friends' Estates by teleporting to them, but will be forced to leave if the friend leaves their Estate.
Scattered about the Estates are popsicle treasures which Toons can pick up to regain Laff. However, unlike other Playgrounds, Toons will not passively heal while in this area.

Activities
While at a Toon's Estate, they can go Fishing and play Picnic Games. There are several Picnic Tables throughout the Estate to use. Friends can visit other's Estates, however if the owner of the Estate leaves, they will be quickly kicked from the area.
Fishing
There is a dedicated Fishing pond in the Estate area. There are no exclusive fish to this area, but some fish are more likely to appear in this pond. Although there is no fisherman, a treasure chest is available by the docks to exchange any fish for Jellybeans.

Houses
Around the Estate, six different homes can be found, each belonging to one of the potential six Toons that can be created on an account. The house a Toon owns will correspond to which slot the Toon is made on in the main menu. For example, the red house is dedicated to the Toon created in the red slot in the main menu. These house's exteriers are identical besides their respective color. The interiors have the same default wallpaper, wainscoting, moulding, flooring and window view but have different furniture and furniture layouts. Some furniture items will always come with the house.
While inside a Toon's house, the player can redecorate, deposit/withdrawal from their Jellybean Bank, access their Cattlelog, and view their Wardrobe.

Decorating
Every Toon begins with a default layout based on the color of their house. However, this can be customized in many different ways to your liking. Wallpaper, wainscoting, moulding, flooring, furniture, paintings, and window views can be purchased from the Cattlelog and be used to decorate your house.
Once inside your house, there will be a button near the upper left of the screen that can be clicked to begin redecorating. A menu will appear with a button for seeing any items in you attic or items that are currently in the room. The attic is the storage system that holds all unused furniture items. Clicking on the room tab, and then on an item, will show a pop-up asking to return the item to the attic. Only 100 items can be owned at a time. This includes every item in your attic and any that are currently placed in the room.
To delete an item, click on the item and press the trash can icon. Items that have already been placed can be clicked on and be moved or rotated. After clicking on an item, you can click on the red arrow at the top of the menu to quickly return it to the attic. At the very bottom of the menu, there are options to zoom in or out and to rotate the house for better viewing while redecorating. Your Toon can also still walk around the area to change the view. When you are done, click the original icon used to open the panel to close it. All items can be removed from a Toon's house, even their Jellybean Bank, Wardrobe, and Telephone. However, these items cannot be deleted.
Wardobe
Accessing the Wardrobe from home will only give access to the Toon's shirts and bottoms. The shirts and bottoms can be shuffled by clicking the Shuffle button. By clicking the arrows on the Shuffle button, the previous shuffled outfit can be seen again. These clothing items can also be deleted by clicking the trash can while wearing the shirt/bottom you would like to delete. A pop-up will appear asking the player if they are sure they want to delete said item and an additional pop-up will appear once the Wardrobe closes. When both are approved, the item will be permanently deleted and cannot be gained back unless it is still available to purchase.
Friends visiting another player's Estate can use the Wardrobe to try on different shirts and bottoms.
Cattlelog & Mailbox
Inside your Toon's house, a phone will be available by the bedroom door by default. Interacting with this phone will give you access to your current Cattlelog. Cattlelogs are organized by Series and Issue Numbers. Each Series has certain items that are only available to that Series. The Cattlelog is where Toons can purchase more furniture and other items to decorate their homes with.
After purchasing an item, it will be delivered to the Toon's mailbox outside of their house. The mailbox is where all items will be delivered if they are not put directly into the Toon's inventory. This includes gift purchases from other Toons, rewards from entering Codes, and things such as clothing items from ToonTasks. Upon opening the mailbox with a ready delivery, the player will be asked if they want to accept or deny the delivery. If it is accepted, it will be put into the player's appropriate inventory. If it is denied, and was a gift from a friend, it will be deleted from the mailbox and cannot be re-obtained unless the friend gifts it again. However, this is not the case for items from Codes. They will be deleted permanently and cannot be re-obtained as Codes are always one time use per Toon.
The contents inside of a mailbox will stay there until a player picks it up or if there is a designated reset for mailboxes. The latter is usually the result of a big change in the game's code, and players will be given plenty of warnings ahead of the reset. Bear in mind that a reset of this magnitude is incredibly rare nowadays, and is more likely to registered for major updates.

Trivia
- Prior to their temporary removal, the Estate area could be used to train a Toon's Doodle.
- If an Estate has no Toon living in it, there will be no furniture or wallpaper found inside of it and will completely lack any windows.
- The text color used to label a Toon's house is random for each Toon.
