The Gag Shop is a building which appears in every Playground. Toons can purchase Gags from Gag Clerks in these shops for an amount of Jellybeans determined by the Gag's level. The price of Gags can be discounted after reaching Kudos Ranks 3, 6, and 9, rounded down. By holding right click on the desired Gag, the Gag will be purchased faster, which is useful for buying multiple of one Gag. Gag Presets (for Gag Tracks you are currently using) can also be made by clicking the icons to the left of the menu.

Clerks
Each Playground's Gag Shop has two Gag Clerks. These Toons are as follows:
- Toontown Central: Clark and Clara
- Barnacle Boatyard: Will and Bill
- Ye Olde Toontowne: Edwin and Edith
- Daffodil Gardens: Peaches and Herb
- Mezzo Melodyland: Doe and Ray
- The Brrrgh: Lenny and Penny
- Acorn Acres: Park and Bark
- Drowsy Dreamland: Jill and Phil

Trivia
- Each playground's Gag Shop has its own unique color scheme.
- Ye Olde Toontowne's and Acorn Acres' Gag Shops have entirely unique models.
- There are a variety of Gags scattered around the Gag Shop exterior.
- The Gags found around the standard Gag Shops are: Wrecking Ball, Big Magnet, TNT, Rake, Seltzer Bottle, Balloon, Kart Battery, Rug, and High Dive.
- The Ye Olde Toontowne Gag Shop has an Anvil, two Sandbags, a High Dive ladder, and some Pies loaded in a catapult.
- The Acorn Acres Gag Shop has a single Big Weight hanging from the shop.
- While not on the Gag Shop itself, graves for the Toontanic and Railroad Gags can also be found nearby. These represent the fact that these two Gags were removed from the game at launch and later removed once again after being readded to SOS cards in v1.1.0 Update with the SOS overhaul in the v1.2.0 Update.
- Additionally, while not a Gag, the Firework Backpack can also be found lying atop one of the crates around standard Gag Shops.
- Each playground's Gag Shop—apart from the Ye Olde Toontowne and Acorn Acres—has a different colored lily flower planted in the TNT crate.
- These mark one of the only appearances of the flowers from Gardening, which is a feature from Toontown Online that was removed when Corporate Clash released.
