Halloween 2025 was a Halloween event released with the v1.11.9 update on October 29th, 2025 at 11:30 PM EST. This event lasted until December 8th, 2025, 9:00 PM EST. A blogpost was released informing Toons of the event. This event saw the return of Count Erfit, a Contractor originally from the April Toons 2022 event. He was introduced later in the event on November 5th at 2:30 PM EST with the v1.11.10 update.

During this event, many of the areas in the game were decorated to fit the Halloween theme, which includes the Main Menu, Neighborhoods, and even Manager Bosses! The Toontown: Corporate Clash Halloween logo also got a new design.

Event Content

Most content from previous years returned this Halloween, being back Shkraftbooking, Trick-or-Treating, and Halloween-themed decorations for each Neighborhood. However, Elphabat and Hexadecimal were absent, as per their departure mentioned in the "Halloween VI: The Final Fright" blog post. Instead, Reid Stock and Lynn Decisive comprised their roles.

This Halloween, The Chairman issued a memo to all his most notable Manager Cogs, demanding they dress up in halloween-themed costumes for this event! There are 26 new Manager costumes in total, being one for each Regional Manager (excluding the Satellite Investors), Taskline Manager, and Litigation Team member.

Trick-or-Treating returned this season, rewarding the previous years' pumpkin head cheesy effect named Yarr & Harr. The riddles hint at a location in one of each eight Neighborhoods. Toons must visit the appropriate shop and use the SpeedChat phrase "Trick or Treat!" located under the "Halloween" section. Doing so will award Toons with +100 Jellybeans and a riddle for the next location.

Lynn Decisive and Reid Stock are present in each of the eight main Playgrounds, selling Halloween-related cosmetic items to Toons. Reid Stock took over the Shkrafting Shop, trading Halloween items in exchange for Shkrafting Materials. Lynn Decisive sells items originally from the Bat-tle Pass. However, these items no longer required Batcoins to purchase. Instead, Toons can buy them with shkrafting materials. Notably, these two are selling entirely new costumes for Toons! There are 11 new costumes for purchase from Lynn and Reid.

Additionally, the Regional Managers and The Litigation Team will drop bundles of materials during the event. Managers are guaranteed to drop Materials every time they are defeated.

Note: a bundle gives an amount of one specific type of Shkrafting Material ranging from 10-20.

Phase 2

On November 5th, 2025, the second half of the Halloween 2025 event was dropped with the v1.11.10 update. This update saw the return of Count Erfit, a Contractor boss previously from the April Toons 2022 event who made his return to his Abode on Polar Place in The Brrrgh. He received a new body model, new balance changes to his fight, and new Loot for defeating him! Additionally, on November 10th, 2025 in the v1.11.11 update, 6 new Halloween-themed Manager posters were added to Lynn Decisive's shop.

New Cosmetics

There are 11 new costumes this year available for purchase at Lynn Decisive and Reid Stock's Shkrafting Shops (14 if you count the Mertoon costume variants as separate). Many of these costumes reference characters from other media, with the Eyesore, pAInter's Smock, Deep Sea Saboteur, and Essential Diver costumes referencing the popular Roblox game, "Pressure" (as part of a collaboration with the game's developers).^[1]

Trivia

Halloween decorations went up on October 18th at 12:00 AM EST, despite the event not officially starting yet. This is because the event was originally planned to start at this date, but was pushed back.^[2]
- Manager Bosses and Fishing still dropped Shkrafting Materials, despite having no way to effectively use them during this time (no Reid/Lynn, no Shkraftbooking Page).
- The event received another delay later in the month. The update was scheduled to release on October 29th at ~4:00 PM EST, but was pushed back due to Microsoft services being down.^[3]
The event was originally supposed to end on December 3rd, but was extended to December 8th.
While the event was listed on the calendar to end at November 8th 11:59 PM EST, the game went down 3 hours earlier.
