Minglers are the seventh Cog on the Sellbot Corporate Ladder. They are Tier 7 Cogs ranging from Levels 7-15. Like other Tier 7 Cogs, Minglers cannot be found on Streets normally. They can, however, be found roaming inside of Cog Headquarters, being most likely to appear in Sellbot Headquarters.
