Appearance
Mrs. Starch is a sea green bat who wears a red Flower shirt and a sea green Pleated skirt.

Event Tasks - Mrs. Starch appears in the Toonsmas task: Santa's Outfit. Her dialogue during this task is as follows:
"Ahoy! What wet suit drying cleaning may I do for you?"
"Red suit, you say?"
"I just may have the one!"
"But it's still in the wash. Technically."
"By the wash, I mean the pond."
"See, this is the WET SUIT dry cleaners!"
"I get the suits wet, and then dry clean them!"
"If you go fish it up and bring it back, we'll take a look!"
After fishing up a Red Suit
"Ah, yes! One red suit!"
