N.D. Skye is an NPC Toon who takes up residence in Island, You Land! Airplanes located on Anchor Avenue in Barnacle Boatyard.
Appearance
N.D. Skye is a black duck who wears the Pilot Cap hat, the Airplane Wings backpack, a Island shirt, and a Blue & Gold skirt.

Barnacle Boatyard - N.D. Skye appears in the Pilfering Propellers sidetask. Their dialogue during this task is as follows:
"Hey! Hey you!"
"Can you help me? I'm in some deep, deep trouble..."
"I was supposed to fill an order to get some functional planes working for a client, but I found out this morning that these robot things LOVE my plane parts..."
"I can't find a single propeller anywhere!"
"I think they've been taking them hand over fist to lift their heavy rear-ends up off the ground."
"If you could get them back for me, and a few other parts, I could five you something in return!"
"I don't exactly know how to fly, however."
"I'm just a plane fanatic, not a pilot!"
"But I can teach you a way I've learned to get around a bit faster by teleporting directly here to Barnacle Boatyard, if that'd help."
"Yes? Great!"
"I reckon you could find those propellers by defeating some of the..."
"Ahem."
"Bigger Cogs."
"Try those Glad Hander robots. I bet you'll find them right away."
After recovering 3 propellers from Glad Handers
"That's them alright!"
"They still have my initials on them and all!"
"I drew them in washable marker. I'm quite proud of them."
"But all these propellers are missing their caps..."
"They can't be airborne without those caps!"
"If you didn't find them from the Glad Handers, then some of those other strong cogs must've snatched them up."
"If you can find and bring me back my propeller caps, and do one last favor, I'll teach you how to get there reallll quick!"
After defeating 7 level 4+ Cogs
"They still look pristine! I'll just screw them on and they should be good to go."
"Now I just need some window panes for the cockpit!"
"Don't ask me what happened to the old windows..."
"It was a bad day, alright?"
"I think if you tackled one of those tall gray buildings they keep setting up, you'll be able to get enough back to help me finish my planes."
"Do that, and I'll teach you how to teleport straight back here to Barnacle Boatyard!"
After recovering some window panes from a Cog Building
