Overclocked Chief Legal Officer
The Overclocked Chief Legal Officer (or O.C.L.O. for short) is the first Overclocked Boss to be released in Toontown: Corporate Clash. Dissatisfied with her losses against the Toons, the C.L.O. has taken up an offer from the Chairman to get back at them. The Chairman has hired a new set of Managers to assist her, called the Litigation Team, in order to help her out. She has also learned some new attacks and increased the strength of her original ones. The O.C.L.O. is available to fight once Toons have completed the Brrrgh main Taskline and have become a Big Wig Level 8 in their Lawbot Disguise. Once these requirements are met, an Executive Lobby Key can be obtained by speaking with Judy in Lawbot Headquarters. After getting this key, the door to the right of the C.L.O. lobby can be accessed, revealing the elevator to fight the O.C.L.O,.
The reward for defeating the O.C.L.O. are Cease and Desists, but more than what a usual C.L.O gives out. This starts with a base of 30, but can be increased by +2 by the Level 30 department boost, Boosters, and Surplus Sunday. The O.C.L.O. will also reward 7 Unites that can only be increased by +1 with the Surplus Sunday bonus.
After defeating the O.C.L.O., Toons that have maxed their Big Wig Disguise will be promoted to the next Lawbot Suit and will be able to fight the O.C.L.O. again until their Suit requires a Directive to be completed. If a Toon's Big Wig Disguise is not maxed, they will receive a 50% Merit carryover which stacks with the Level 20 department boost.
Cog Information
Virtual Skelecogs | Cog Levels | Cog Level Pool | Cog Amount |
---|---|---|---|
10-20.exe | ~380 | ~27 Cogs | |
Litigation Round | Cog Levels | Cog Amount | |
10-20.exe | Unlimited** |
*The Cog Level Pool is the cumulative number of Cog Levels within the entirety of the battle, being split between both sides (if applicable).
Starting Cogs do not count towards the Cog Level Pool.
**Standard Cogs during the Litigation Team round will continue to spawn until all Managers on that side are defeated.
Virtual Skelecog Round
The boss battle begins with a cutscene showing Lauren Ordier and Bumpy Bumblebehr in the hall, who are planning to crash the private meeting that the C.L.O. is having. Lauren informs everyone that she has become braver and won't be running away from the fight. However, as the Toons leave the elevator, Lauren triggers the security system, causing Virtual Skelecogs to spawn between the Toons. Instead of immediately attacking however, they fly away. Under the suspicion that they will warn other Cogs, the Toons chase after the Virtual Skelecogs while Lauren and Bumpy attempt to shut off the security system.
Toons will then be split into two battles (or one if there are 4 or less Toons). Virtual Skelecogs will spawn from lights on the ceiling ranging from Level 10-20. The next round will begin once all Cogs have been defeated.
The Litigation Team Round
Once all of the Virtual Skelecogs have been defeated, Bumpy and Lauren tell the Toons they have successfully shut off the security system, but the C.L.O. likely still knows they are there. The Toons and them head in and are immediately scolded by the C.L.O. for breaking her security system. She then orders the Litigation Team, a group dedicated towards stopping Toons with their unique attributes, to stop the Toons.
The Litigation Team members will be split into two groups and will be seated on the side that they will fight. This means whichever two are sitting on the left chairs will fight the group of Toons stationed to the left. If there are 4 or less Toons, the left side will be put into battle first, with the other Managers joining as any are defeated. There are a total of 6 Manager combinations possible, with each set having 2 different interactions during the cutscene depending on which Manager speaks first. Regular Cogs will join the battle if possible every two rounds starting from round 1 ranging from Level 10-20. The only exception is with the Litigator, where his Bayou Bash cheat will spawn in Cogs instantly, as well as increase the Cog capacity up to 6. These Cogs will join the battle in between the two managers.
If the fight is split into two groups of Toons, and one side defeats their Managers before the other, they will be free to wander around the area or play TOONO at meeting table. If the Litigation Team successfully defeats one side of Toons, they will join the other sides battle if there are less than two Managers already present.
The battle ends once the Toons are able to defeat all four members of the Litigation Team, alongside any remaining Cogs that joined the battle.

The Cannon Round
Once the Litigation Team and any additional Cogs have been defeated, the C.L.O. becomes furious that her Managers could not destroy the Toons. She begins ranting about her plans being ruined, her Lawfices being raided, and her secretary being harassed. The hammers slam down and send various papers in the air. Bumpy reminds everyone of what to do in this scenario, with Lauren following along.
During this round, Cogs will fly out of the Painting openings and must be destroyed by entering any available cannon. Enter the cannon by simply walking into it, and move yourself in the air by using the movement keys. Executive Cogs are faster than standard Cogs and will reward a greater boost of points while spreading them equally to every Toon in the round.
Colliding with a Cog will award Toons with Sound Evidence, filling their Sound bar located on the right of the screen. Getting more Evidence will unlock stronger Sound Gags used in the Megaphone Round. All Cogs will reward the player with 6 points.

The C.L.O. Fight
After a set time of collecting papers, the final battle against the C.L.O. begins. The C.L.O.'s anger has degraded to being peeved. She makes the Toons know that she has studied their actions from their first fight, and has begun adapting to their destructive nature with Specialist Cogs. Aside from the extended gimmicks and ramped up Cog levels and damage, the fight is exactly the same as the regular C.L.O. fight.
The C.L.O. has 2000 Health. Her standard attacks have been upgraded significantly. Paper Shower reaches farther. She will no longer mention a specific Toon as she does her Book Throw attack, which has a larger spread and range. The tornadoes, visually indicated by the arrows on the floor, now come in 4-arrow formation, 8-arrow formation, and 4 rotational arrows. The latter has less range but spins across the room like a spiral. When she prepares to make this attack, a green exclamation will be visible to warn the player. When the C.L.O. recovers from a Trap Gag, it counts as a jump, and therefore damages and knocks down any Toons who aren't midair once she lands. This will be indicated by a blue exclamation, and her location will be marked on the ground with a large red circle.
The Operations Analysts, once the C.L.O. recovers from a Trap Gag, act as a shield that prevents stunning for as long as they are alive. They withstand much more damage before being destroyed compared to a regular C.L.O,. They also do not drop treasures. The Field Specialists, with red nametags, fly above the battlefield and periodically shower areas with dockets to deal 25 damage. This is indicated by a flashing red circle on the ground. These Cogs are so high up that they cannot be blown up by Sound Evidence. The regular Executives only target Traps, but they can destroy them faster than Bumpy can produce.
Cogs aren't the only one with benefits, however. Lauren will be able to Prestige any Quicksand Traps, dealing 150 damage. The Prestige Trap will also be able to withstand a few more seconds of an Executive's attack. Lauren cannot start Prestiging a Trap if an Executive Cog is attempting to destroy it before she can make it there. Attempting to lure the C.L.O. into a still-developing Prestige Trap will result in the only base damage; it has to be fully Prestiged before it can take advantage of the extra damage.
The strategy of this fight plays out relatively the same as the regular C.L.O., however players must be much more careful with their surroundings. The C.L.O. can do attacks very quickly and in succession in addition to multiple Cogs swarming the area. Cogs defeated will still drop Treasures, but the healing is reduced.
The Ending
Once the C.L.O.'s health reaches 0 HP from falling into a Trap, she will slowly roll towards the Toons. She begins to understand how her co-workers manage to struggle against the Toons. The ground beneath her begins to shake, but it does not completely give in. The C.L.O. states that the latch can now handle a large amount of weight, only capable of being opened at the push of a button. Luckily, Lauren was able to find this button off-camera, and presses it as soon as the C.L.O. mentions it. The door opens, and the C.L.O. falls into the pit, ending the fight. All Toons who survived until the end will do the battle victory dance and receive their Cease & Desist and Unite rewards.

C.L.O.: "Ugh. I can see why my coworkers struggle again and again to defeat you." Lauren Ordier: "You mean this button?" Lauren presses the button and opens the trap door. C.L.O.: "Typical." The C.L.O. falls into the pit. |

- The game recommends that Toons have up to 4 maxed Gag Tracks before entering the Boss's lobby. It waits 30 seconds before they are allowed to enter.
- If a Toon has maxed their Lawbot suit via the Chief Justice and has never touched the regular C.L.O. fight, they will be given a similar warning if they attempt to do an Overclocked C.L.O., however this one is only 20 seconds.
- If a Toon without the Executive Lobby Key creates a C.L.O. group via the Group Tracker and attempts to teleport to someone in an O.C.L.O. group, they will be able to enter the Executive Lobby. However, if they attempt to access the elevator they will receive a unique pop-up prohibiting them from entering.
- This also allows the Toon to begin the Plant Puzzle.
