"I was supposed to fill an order to get some functional planes working for a client, but I found out this morning that these robot things LOVE my plane parts..."
"I can't find a single propeller anywhere!"
"I think they've been taking them hand over fist to lift their heavy rear-ends up off the ground."
"If you could get them back for me, and a few other parts, I could give you something in return!"
"I don't exactly know how to fly, however."
"I'm just a plane fanatic, not a pilot!"
"But I can teach you a way I've learned to get around a bit faster by teleporting directly here to Barnacle Boardyard, if that'd help."
"Yes? Great!"
"I reckon you could find those propellers by defeating some of the..."
"Ahem."
"Bigger Cogs."
"Try those Glad Hander robots. I bet you'll find them right away."

"They still have my initials on them and all!"
"I drew them in washable marker. I'm quite proud of them."
"But all these propellers are missing their caps..."
"They can't be airborne without those caps!"
"I'll need some time to rummage through my shop to find spare ones."
"Could you take care of some larger Cogs roaming the streets in the meantime? Their marches are louder than my planes taking off!"

"No? Fiiiine."
"Anyway, the last thing missing is window panes for the cockpit!"
"Don't ask me what happened to the old windows..."
"It was a bad day, alright?"
"I think if you tackled one of those tall gray buildings they keep setting up, you'll be able to get enough back to help me finish my planes."
"Do that, and I'll teach you how to teleport straight back here to Barnacle Boatyard!"
