Redd 'Heir' Wing was a Lawbot Contractor found inside Count Erclaim's Abode during the April Toons 2020 Update. He remained there until the v1.0.17 update on June 17th, 2020.
Redd introduced the use of "cheating" type mechanics that allows him to have special effects during battle depending on Gags being used or if damage has been dealt to him or the Cogs.
His levels scaled depending on the average Lawbot Suit level that the group presented.
Battle
Redd's battle functioned as a reskin to previous early Count Erclaim battles. Redd could go up to Level 20, with the Cogs that followed going up to Level 19.

*Note: As Redd was a Version 2.0 Cog, he would deal 50% more damage while in his Skelecog form.
Cheats
Redd would heal himself and all other Cogs that were alive for 35% of their maximum health.
Once Redd had achieved an extra 50% of his base health, his heath meter would become purple, and he would deal 50% more damage.
Redd activated passive battle cheats if he was attacked by a specific Gag Track. These include:
- Lure:
- Redd would Unlure himself as soon as his turn was up. It was still possible to attack a Lured Redd by doing it in the same round as he became Lured.
- Lure knockback was decreased by 50% (Now 25%, or 33% if Prestige).
- Squirt:
- Being Soaked caused a liquidation sale, increasing Redd's damage by 50%. This could stack with his Skelecog form along with Overcharged.
- The Soaked Status Effect was applied for 1 round, regardless of whether or not it was Prestige.

Rewards
Like Count Erclaim's battle from Break The Law Phase 1 and Halloween before it, Redd will drop Halloween Shkrafting Materials that scale up in amount depending on how difficult the boss is. If a Toon has any remaining unclaimed Skelepire Keys from Halloween 2019, they will be automatically claimed in this battle for an additional two types of Materials at the end.

Trivia
- Redd's name is a pun off of "Red Herring", a term that is used to describe something that is misleading or distracting from a relevant or important question.
- According to Rocky, Redd is based off of a penguin.
- Redd is the first Cog that is theoretically able to one shot a fully maxed Toon. This includes being Level 20, having been Overcharged, Soaked, while in his Skelecog form.
- Redd is the mechanical son of the Witness Stand-In, Atticus Wing. After his father's death, it is unknown where Redd ended up. The release of the v1.1.0 update included a memo from the Chairman relating to Atticus Wing's death, and Atticus' next of Kin (Redd) inheriting his fathers estate. This resulted in 16 insurance companies, as well as Mr. Wing's going bankrupt paying out the policy.
- The Chief Operating Officer states that he completely disappeared after his father's death, but is now a multi-trillionaire.
- Despite his unknown location, he has briefly appeared on one of Mac Opsys' monitors in the Hired Help comic.
- Redd was the first Cog able to heal himself and other Cogs directly. The next Cogs being the Derrick Man and the Derrick Hand with the release of the v1.1.0 update and the Case Manager in the v1.2.0 update.
- Redd is the first Manager Cog in the game to have unique voice clips used when speaking.
- He is also the only one to have multiple variations of the same voice clip, having 3 different voice clips when asking questions.
- Redd's size varied between each tier of his fight, being almost as small as Tier 3 Cogs at Level 10 and almost as tall as Tier 8 Cogs at Level 20.
