• Short changing occurs when a person does not give someone the correct amount of money they owe.
• Short Changes share the title of the strongest tier 1 Cog with Bagholders. Both Cogs deal 11 damage at level 5.
• Short Changes share the same head and texture as Cold Callers. However, the latter uses a color-coded variant that declares Short Change's head as the original base.
• Short Changes are the exact same size as The Chairman.
