So it says that there's an additional carryover for beating the OCLO....you don't need lvl 50 big wig to fight the OCLO, just lvl 8. You need lvl 50 to get an executive suit. But you can fight the OCLO at any time if you've unlocked her? Or is that only if you have enough merits if the regular suit is not maxed? And is the extra 50% carryover additive or multiplicative? IE< do you carry over 75% or 100% if you fight the OCLO instead of the regular? --Jimwormmaster (talk) 00:16, 10 May 2024 (UTC)

Hi! You can defeat the O.C.L.O. if you have reached your Big Wig Suit (which starts at Level 8) AND have completed the first Directive (obtaining the key to the O.C.L.O. lobby). However, you DO need Merits in order to fight her if you have not maxed your Lawbot Suit. After defeating the O.C.L.O., you will not obtain (or be able to progress) your Executive Suit UNLESS you have reached Big Wig Level 50/Maxed your Lawbot Suit.

The 50% carryover is additive, which stacks with the Level 20 Department reward, meaning you will carry over 100% of the Merits earned if you fight the O.C.L.O. compared to the C.L.O,.
