Once a Toon has reached enough Kudos XP in The Brrrgh, they'll need to speak with one of the Toon HQ Officers to pick up a Rank-Up Task. Kudos Ranks give permanent benefits to Toons while in that Neighborhood. The first 4 Rank-Up Tasks can be accessed upon entering The Brrrgh's taskline, with the remaining 5 tasks being accessed after completing this taskline.
