The Chairman is the Founder, Owner, Proprietor, Majority shareholder and Chairman of the Board of C.O.G.S. Incorporated.
Toons are able to see him at the end of the Main Taskline during the cutscene of The Directors fight. He is seen in the Chief Executive Officer's office before flying off and leaving the three Taskline Managers to attack the Toons. He is otherwise talked about through Corporate Clash's official comics and from various other social media content.

A chairman is the presiding officer of an organized group such as a board, committee, or deliberative assembly.
According to his "Build Certificate" revealed in the Treasure Trove of the v1.3.0 ARG, the Chairman's original name was Robert Saggs. He received a name change to differentiate himself from his parent company, Saggs Corp. He was manufactured on January 26th in Chicogo, Suitopia.
While his birth year is unknown, he is at least well over 45 years old according to a letter from the Treasure Trove.
The Chairman's current name is a nod at Bob Iger, who runs as the Chief Executive Officer of the Walt Disney Company. He was also the company's Executive Chairman from 2005 to 2020.
The Chairman is the only Cog where their dislikes are directly referencing the Toons.
The Chairman was the first Cog released with facial animations, even before the redesign of the Lawbots.
The Chairman has double the amount of facial animations that a Cog usually has. He has a "neutral" set of animations and an "angry" set of animations, with the latter being triggered when the Chairman spots the Toons in the C.E.O.'s office.
The Chairman has unused "Lured", "Death", and "Stun" animations, which would imply their usage from engaging the Chairman in a standard Cog battle.
On the cogs.ink website, 4 mixtapes created by the Chairman can be found while logged into Jennifer's account. Each mixtape mainly consists of loud static and SSTV signals.
The Chairman is one of the oldest original characters in Corporate Clash.
His original head model was created in 2017, predating Corporate Clash as a game.
