Toonseltown
Toonseltown is an area that is available during Toonsmas. Multiple Event Tasks are available in the area, which give various rewards. There is also a minigame, called Present Thief, that occurs every 20 minutes which drops special items. Toonseltown can be accessed by opening your Shtickerbook to the Map page and selecting the "Toonseltown" button at the bottom of the book (near Playground and Estate). Toonseltown cannot be entered while Present Thief is in effect. However, players can enter at any time while in a 
Safe or 
Protected District, as the Present Thief minigame does not occur there.
Playground
Around Toonseltown, 6 shops can be found containing NPC Toons important for the various tasks that take place in this Playground. There are 8 additional unnamed shops that can be found in the Playground with NPCs inside as well. Various Toons related to Toonseltown Tasks are also scattered around outside of shops in the Playground.

Toontasks
Throughout the Toonsmas event various tasks will unlock each day. You can view these tasks in your Shtickerbook by clicking the ToonTasks page, clicking the Side Tasks tab, then clicking the arrow until it reaches the "Special Events" section. These tasks are as follows: Note: The task "A Task From the Past" needs to be completed in order for "Toonsmas Day Feast" to become available, and "Toonsmas Day Feast" needs to be completed in order for "For Years To Come..." to become available.

Present Thief
A minigame called 'Present Thief' starts every 20 minutes in the area. Participating in the event will award the player with various holiday themed cosmetics. The amount of items earned varies depending on how many points you score personally and how many points the entire team scores. The exact requirements for getting items are as follows:
- 2 items are rewarded at 8 points on your personal score.
- This is the minimum score required to be rewarded any prizes.
- Every 10 points on your personal score after the initial 8 points will reward another item.
- For every 150 points on the total team score an extra item is rewarded.
- A maximum of 9 items can be obtained from a single game of Present Thief.

Trivia
- While in Toonseltown, the Shtickerbook will say you are in Toonseltown Village Square.
