Toontown School House
The Toontown School House is a shop located in Toontown Central. This shop is owned by Professor Pete. Players will need to visit this shop multiple times during the Toontown Central, Ye Olde Toontowne, Mezzo Melodyland, and Drowsy Dreamland tasklines. Additionally, players will need to visit this shop during the Baked Goods Toonseltown task. The Toontown School House also serves as a tutorial for the game.
Tutorial
When creating a new Toon, you'll be prompted to play through the tutorial. This serves to help uninitiated players learn the basic mechanics of the game.
When the tutorial starts, your Toon walks into the School House classroom with Lord Lowden Clear, who introduces you to Professor Pete. From there, Professor Pete will teach you about movement, jumping, camera controls, and sprinting while telling you the proper key bindings for each action. After this, you'll meet up again with Lord Lowden Clear in the training room.
Here, Lord Lowden Clear will explain the functionality of the Laff Meter, as well as Laff Points. This is where you'll first learn about the Cogs and how to combat them using Gags.
Your Toon and Lord Lowden Clear will face off against a level 9 Desk Jockey. From here he'll teach you about the battle interface and will give you an in-depth tutorial on how to properly use your gags. First, he'll have you use Squirt, teaching you about the Soaked status effect, which you'll then follow up with Drop. After this, the Desk Jockey will use Lights-On Initiative to summon a level 1 Desk Jockey. Lord Lowden Clear will choose Glass of Water and your Toon will use Zap. Afterwards, you'll Lure and follow it up in the next turn with Throw. Then you'll setup a Trap. Unfortunately, the Gag will not defeat the Desk Jockey and will damage Lord Lowden Clear. It will then summon a full set of level 2 Desk Jockies. You'll use Toon-Up on Lord Lowden Clear while he uses a Small Magnet to manage the newly added Cogs. Then you'll both Sound to clear out the summoned Desk Jockies. This will leave the level 9 Desk Jockey at 1 hp, and from here you'll be able to pick whichever Gag to finish him off with using either Throw, Squirt, Sound, or Drop.
After defeating the Desk Jocky, Lord Lowden Clear deems you ready to take on the Cogs and you'll get to pick your first two starting Gags. If you choose Zap without Squirt, it will show a warning that the Gag will not work without the help of Squirt. If you choose Trap without lure, it will show a warning that Trap will be entirely useless without the help of Lure. It is still possible to choose both of these Gags without their helping Gag. Additionally, if Toon-Up is chosen with Lure it will give a warning that you are choosing two support tracks and will be unable to damage Cogs until another track is gained. In the same manner, this combination can still be chosen together.
You will then exit the Training Room and meet back up with Professor Pete, who'll teach you how to use your Shtickerbook, the SpeedChat system, and will give some exposition on Toon Levels.
Once you've left the School house, Flippy will introduce you to some Landmark Buildings such as the Toon HQ, Gag Shop, Trolley, and Toon Hall. You'll then be sent to talk to Flippy in Toon Hall, completing the tutorial.
Foyer
You'll enter the Schoolhouse through the Foyer Room, housing lockers and some trinkets on a shelf. Notable items here include a Find Four table, a recolored Smart Cap, Juggling Cubes, a Doodle plush, and the Telescope Backpack.
Hallway
The Schoolhouse hallway connects the Foyer room to the classroom, which has an abundance of books. Most of the books are named, some with humorous titles like 'Gag Training for Dummies,' 'Lord of the Pies,' or 'Ordinary Book' which looks oddly suspicious. All of the book names were written by either a crew member or member of the community.
Classroom
The classroom is where you'll meet Professor Pete. The room is equipped with chairs, desks, multiple posters, and most notably, a chalkboard which will periodically write different tips and jokes. It's also the starting room of the tutorial.
Training Room
The Training Room is only accessible through the tutorial. In it, you can find many posters and other interesting items like punching bags and Big Weights. This is where Lord Lowden Clear teaches rookie Toons how to use various Gag Tracks.
Basement
The Schoolhouse Basement is where you'll fight the Prethinker which is only accessible after reaching the final Kudos Rank-Up Task of Toontown Central. To learn more about this fight, visit the Prethinker's Wiki Page. The basement appears to be abandoned, filled with spider-webs, used banana peels, and piles of old Shtickerbooks. The interiors appearance suggests it was once used as a classroom, as it's equipped with a large chalkboard and plenty of student desks.

Trivia
- Prior to v1.3.0, Corporate Clash had no proper tutorial for the game.
- In the Toontorial it is revealed that Lord Lowden Clear has 163 Laff Points, far exceeding the Laff Cap players are able to obtain, currently being 150.
- The Chalkboard will cycle through 4 different images. A Zap tutorial, a homework assignment, a crude Flunky drawing labeling him as a "BIG OL' MEANIE", and a tip remembering you to stay hydrated.
- The Flunky drawing is a reference to the "BIG FAT MEANIE" representation of Mrs. Puff from the TV series Spongebob Squarepants.
- One of the books in the hallway, titled "An Ordinary Book," looks suspiciously like a red crewmate from Among Us.
- The "Relax" poster is a reference to the "Lofi Girl" character and her lofi hip-hop streams.
- The Training Room was originally planned to be a transformative area that players could use to learn the various parts of Toontown's gameplay such as practicing craning in the C.F.O.
- The stack of open Shtickerbooks in the Basement features open scrolls and training film frames, referencing the original way of training for new Gag Tracks in Toontown Online and the Toontasks that came with it.
- The Toontorial was originally planned to have a comic be released about it involving Tutorial Tom.
- For a brief time, the surrender button was included in the Toontorial. However, surrendering was not possible as Lowden would need to vote to surrender as well.
- This was later removed at an unknown time.
