Stars' meaning

If I have to interpret the stars, here's mine:

0 stars: Unrecommended - No reason to bring in battle. No one should bring this. (Usual range: 0 Toons)
1 star: Indifferent - Doesn't make a significant difference, though may be used in rare cases or for uncommon strategies. Shouldn't matter if anyone brings it. (Usual range: 0-4 Toons)
2 stars: Recommended - Usually used, but not a decisive winning factor. (Usual range: 1-4 Toons)
3 stars: Essential - Must get in order to have a high or easy chance of winning. (Usual range: 2-4 Toons)
