To get Teleportation Access to the numerous different Playgrounds in Toontown, you have to complete certain Sidetasks. These tasks can be discovered by opening the Shtickerbook to the ToonTasks page and clicking on the Sidetask tab.

Cog Headquarters

Toons can teleport directly to Cog Headquarters once they level up their Cog Disguise to a tier 5 Cog for that respective Cog Department.
