Balloon was the third Zap Gag unlocked in the Zap Gag Track. When a Toon used a Balloon against a Cog, the Toon rubbed the Balloon against their head a couple times in order to build up shock. Then the Toon pointed the Balloon towards the Cog, producing a bolt and Zapping the Cog.

If the Cog being attacked was Soaked, the Balloon did 30 damage instead of its base damage of 10. Against Soaked Cogs, the Balloon had perfect accuracy and never missed.

Since the Hires & Heroes Update, the Broken Radio replaced the Balloon as the Level 3 Zap Gag.
