Feather Duster is a citrine rabbit who wears the Fancy Feathers Hat, Groucho Glasses, White Angel Wings, Pink Sneakers, an aqua Bottom Stripe shirt, and a pink Polka Dot skirt.

Toontown Central - Feather Duster appears in the Double Coil and Trouble Kudos Board Rank-Up Task. Their dialogue during this task is as follows:
"Hello there! You here for a tickle?"
"Or do you want one of my Feather Glove-o-Matics to get back at your friend who beat you in the Match Game?"
"You're here for my... spinny-springy what?"
"Oh, you mean my time-controlled springs?"
"I might have some spares, but I have a bunch of Scent Director orders and I hate to keep my clients waiting."
"Louise may be an old chum of mine, but that's no excuse for line-skadoodling!"
"Tell you what, defeat those pesky Sellbots roaming outside of my shop and bring me back some of their coils."
"If you do that, I'll whip you up a new one on the house."
"I've got to go back to my workshop to finish the orders. Come back when you have the coils!"
After recovering some coils from Sellbots
"You got the coils? Amazing. Let me have a look."
"Perfect! They're so soft and malleable, almost better than what Canary Coalmines usually gets me."
