Joy Buzzer is an NPC Toon who takes up residence in Joy Buzzers To The World located on Silly Street in Toontown Central.
Appearance
Joy Buzzer is a periwinkle rabbit who wears Bug Eye Glasses, the Button Backpack, a tan Lightning Bolt shirt, and a tan Denim skirt.
Trivia
- Prior to the v1.3.0 Update, Joy Buzzer wore the Hip-Side Taser before it was replaced with the Button Backpack.
