Longjohn Leroy is an NPC Toon stationed in the Clothing Shop in Barnacle Boatyard. Toons can purchase some outfits available during Toon creation from him.

Longjohn Leroy is an orange cat who wears a purple Bottom Stripe shirt and aqua High Pockets shorts.
Purchasable Clothing
Longjohn Leroy will sell the following clothes when speaking to him:
- Button-Up shirt
- 19 shirt
- Stars skirt
- Big Pockets shorts
- Feather shorts
- Flower shorts
- Polka Dot skirt
Each purchase will cost the player 200 Jellybeans regardless of whether or not they take both a shirt and shorts or skirt.
