Lynn Decisive is an NPC Toon who made her reappearance for the April Toons 2025 event. Lynn can be found in each of the eight main Playgrounds alongside Reid Stock during April Toons 2025 and Halloween 2025. Here, she sells previous years' Bat-tle Pass and Chief Operating Officer items.

Originally, Lynn was a permanent NPC shopkeeper located in the middle of the Acorn Acres playground. Toons could purchase Refund Points from her for 10,000 Jellybeans. She was removed along with this functionality in v1.3.0, and would not see her return until v1.11.0 for the April Toons 2025 event.

Appearance

Lynn Decisive is a white raccoon who wears a camo hat that says "Toons Love Me. Cogs Fear Me.", a tie-dye hoodie, and jean shorts covered witch patches and stars. Her hood is filled with a compass, a book titled "The Art of Upcycling", a bottle, and a scroll of paper.

During Halloween 2025, she wore a Pompadour Hairdo, a black open jacket with cupcake sleeve patches and a white undershirt, blue jeans with a black belt, and Black Sneakers.

Dialogue

Shkrafting Shop

Lynn has multiple pieces of dialogue when first interacting with her and her shop. These are lines are used during both April Toons 2025 and Halloween 2025.

Idle Lynn has a few lines of dialogue she'll choose from while idle in a Playground.
  • "Do you eat burgers with or without the peel? I prefer them 'with'."
  • "I feel like you and I are kindred spirits; we both go wherever the wind takes us."
  • "Know any good dumpsters around here? Need to start finding some goods to peddle."
  • "Have you ever eaten a Throw Gag before? I feel like they're a waste of good food, personally."
  • "One time I opened a joke door. I didn't like what I saw on the other side. It ruined the punchline!"
  • "The price? Well, y'know, I DID risk laff and limb for some of these bad boys."
  • "You should really stop by Mezzo Melodyland once the General Store opens. A buddy of mine is setting up shop there around then too."
  • "I saw one of the new vendors moving his "kits" around a few days ago. Whatever's in them, I want it."
  • "There's some Cog-looking stuff in here; hope you don't mind. I sell what I can find."
  • "Like my new duds? I call it, 'Upcycling chic!'"
Opening the Shop
  • "Sneak a peek at this."
  • "Oooh, look at all the stuff you wanna buy, oooh!"
  • "Hey, buddy. Here for some deals?"
Closing the Shop
  • "Don't be a stranger."
  • "See you around."
  • "Your beans and materials are always welcome here."
Successful Purchase
  • "Thanks for buying, go ahead and try that on whenever."
Interaction Errors Lynn will use these lines if any error in the interaction arises.
  • Post-purchase: "Right, I'll send this over shortly. Give me a sec, I got things to do first."
  • Not enough material: "Buddy, you need to earn more material if you want to buy that."
  • Trying to purchase an already-owned item: "Sorry, I don't sell copies. You already have that one."
  • Full mailbox: "I'd love to send you this, but your mailbox is full. More for me in the meantime."
  • Generic Error line: "Oops, looks like something weird happened on your end. You were saying?"
Lynn and Reid Shared Dialogue Lynn & Reid will sometimes talk to each other in the Playground.

Reid Stock: "What do ya plan to sell once ya settled, Lynn?"
Lynn Decisive: "Oh, a little bit of everything. Though I'm sure you'd LOVE to know more, wouldn't you?"

Lynn Decisive: "Could I interest you in a refund point in this trying time, Stock?"
Reid Stock: "Hah! You can keep ‘em. Plus, some extra points for tryin'."

Lynn Decisive: "You still running with the resistance, Stock? I've heard whispers about the kind of things you got into."
Reid Stock: "Oh no, not anymore! Though I'm always keepin' an eye out for Toons in need of supply: in my own way!"

Reid Stock: "Say, Lynn, if ya need a place t' stay while yer settlin', my van door is open to ya."
Lynn Decisive: "Aww, Stock, you big softie. I think we both know I don't have the beans for that."

Lynn Decisive: "Heard one of the Professor's old pupils will be working in the new store. Wonder if teach is excited for my shop, too."
Reid Stock: "If the you back then was anythin' like you are now, then that's an awful loaded question, darlin'."

Lynn Decisive: "Think the General Store would let you set up shop in there?"
Reid Stock: "Lynn. Darlin'. The Gag Shop's right across the playground."

Reid Stock: "I'm surprised you wanted t' take this job, Lynn. I thought ya only worked for yourself, no split profits."
Lynn Decisive: "Eh, it's not like I'm making nothing at all. Besides, if it means I can hang out with you all day, it's payment enough."

Lynn Decisive: "If you put a letter in a sentient mailbox, is it eating the letter, or just holding it in its mouth?"
Reid Stock: "Frankly, I don't like the mental image of either."

Reid Stock: "Say, you seem to be givin' a lot away. You actually keep anythin' you find?"
Lynn Decisive: "Mugs. They can hold your pencils, your cocoa, and your bad jokes all in one!"

Lynn Decisive: "Up for a game of marbles tomorrow, Stock? I know it's your favorite game."
Reid Stock: "Sweet o' you to offer, Lynn, but between this and the van, I'm awful busy right now. Maybe another time."

Reid Stock: "Lemonade, crunchy ice, sip it once, sip it twice..."
Lynn Decisive: "Turn around, touch the ground, kick your brother outta town, freeze!"

Reid Stock: "What do ya think the bat sisters did with all these, 'shkraftin' material?'"
Lynn Decisive: "Well, probably something magical. I've seen Doyle do more with less."

Reid Stock: "You go strollin' down the streets since you've been back? I think there's a few new faces I've seen around here."
Lynn Decisive: "Sort of. I've been busy exploring elsewhere. Speaking of, maybe don't go to the end of Twilight Terrace for a while."

Post-Toontorial Interaction Lynn uses this dialogue if a new player tries to speak with her before talking to Flippy at the beginning of the game.
  • "Heya newbie, heard Flippy was looking for ya. Toon Hall's like 30 feet to your right."
  • "Look, newbie, I know my wares are enticing, but maybe go talk to the Mayor first."
  • "Aww, saying hi to all the Toonizens, newbie? Maybe put Flippy at the top of your to-meet list, he really wants to see you."
  • "Ooo, fresh meat. Flippy must be dying to meet you, newbie. You should go see him."
  • "You know why our Mayor is named Flippy? Because he's flipping out over your arrival. Go say hi already!"

April Toons 2025 Exclusive Dialouge

First Interaction Cutscene

Lynn Decisive: "Heya, stranger. Name's Lynn. Lynn Decisive."
"Maybe you've seen me around before? My face ring a bell? Maybe to the tune of 10,000 jellybeans?"
"Well, either way, that's not really my thing anymore."
"I've got some plans cooking, but for now..."
"I'm helping my old pal Stock pawn off these kooky old Halloween pieces. Plus a few things I found myself."
"You still need to bring in some stuff for me, though. I don't work for free."
"So, got anything good?

Lynn and Reid Shared Dialogue

Lynn Decisive: "Wonder why Little Mx. Sunshine didn't trust xeir costumes with me."
Reid Stock: "Don't think xey'd trust ya with five jellybeans, let alone whatever inventory you didn't already swipe."

Reid Stock: "So…where did you get those… “unique” items, anyway?"
Lynn Decisive: "Oh, I was just rummaging through some trash. Same as new-sual. Don't worry about it."

Lynn Decisive: "After all that travelling off-island, I'd be happy to never see a boat again in my life."
Reid Stock: "Normally I'd say I don't mind ‘em, but this year…I'm in full agreement."

Reid Stock: "Hmm, wonder if any o' these costumes would look good on me…"
Lynn Decisive: "I think you'd rock any of them, personally. Maybe looking at the wardrobe may be more helpful."

Lynn Decisive: "You see those ducks over there? What do they want, anyway?"
Reid Stock: "...I'm just tryin' to pretend they don't exist right now..."

Post-C.O.O. Interaction Cutscene This cutscene will play after visiting the Chief Operating Officer during April Toons 2025.

Lynn Decisive: "Hey buddy, why the sour face? You look like a Cog short-squeezed the spark right outta you."
"Oh, you know the guy who gave some of my stuff out before?"
"..."
""Wouldn't be happy with the results," huh?"
"Pffttt, sure, I'll keep that in mind."
"I'm more surprised that he sent you on your way without any sort of scuffle."
"All the bots I met tried to melt the paint right off my sketch without so much as a 'hello.'"
"Maybe they're just chill with people who don't drop things on their heads. Which, y'know, fair."
"Anywho, sorry for your um... 'friend?' I guess?"
"You can still buy his stuff. Give it back to him if you're that determined."
"I don't really care what you do with my stuff after you buy it."
"If you get the beans for it, you know where to find me"

Halloween 2025 Exclusive Dialouge

Lynn and Reid Shared Dialogue

Lynn Decisive: "So Little Mx. Sunshine told you xey need more time to set up, huh?"
Reid Stock: "Xey got caught up plannin' other things, apparently. Least you and I get paid in the meanwhile."

Reid Stock: "So... how's your buddy doing as o' late? That Music Shop still in the works?"
Lynn Decisive: "Yeah, he hooked me up with some sick records recently. Play 'em for you later?"

Lynn Decisive: "Hey baby, wanna shake a leg down to the malt shop and do the lindy hop, daddy-o?"
Reid Stock: "...Lynn, that impression was awful. So please tell me why I laughed anyway"

Reid Stock: "Do ya think this costume fits me? It ain't exactly the practical wear I'm used to."
Lynn Decisive: "Hey, doesn't hurt to choose fashion over function sometimes. Besides, it's cute on you."

Reid Stock: "I overheard a couple Toons whisperin' about you. What did ya do this time?"
Lynn Decisive: "Nothing I haven't been doing already. You worry too much."

Lynn Decisive: "You felt something 'off' in The Brrrgh? Something eerie?"
Reid Stock: "I certainly felt somethin', and it ain't good, clearly."

Lynn Decisive: "So, you ready to hear about my next scheme to break into..."
Reid Stock: "Lynn, I really wish ya wouldn't. Even experienced Rangers ain't safe in there."

Lynn Decisive: "You seem a bit down, Stock. Why the long face?"
Reid Stock: "Oh, it's nothin'. Yer wig just reminds me o' somethin' is all..."

Reid Stock: "I got a postcard from the Bat Sisters. Seems they're on a beach vacation at the moment!"
Lynn Decisive: "Oh man, good for them. I would go sad to be out camping in the woods right now."

Pre v1.3.0

As a refund point distributor, Lynn Decisive had multiple different lines of dialogue for when Toons interacted with her. This dialogue was as follows:

Entering The Shop
  • "Looking for Refund Points? Well, you've come to the right place!"
  • "Hey there, [Toon Name]! I hope you've come for a Refund Point!"
  • "Only 10,000 Jellybeans for a Refund Point, quite a bargain if I say so myself!"
Leaving Without Purchasing
a Refund Point
  • "Got enough Refund Points?"
  • "See you later, [Toon Name]!"
  • "Don't forget to come back if you're looking to refund another Gag Track."
Purchasing a Refund Point
  • "Someone's bought 99 of these things, can you believe that?"
  • "Great selection, [Toon Name]!"
  • "Here's your Refund Point, thanks for your business!"
Trying to Purchase a Refund
Point at Max Capacity
  • "You have too many Refund Points!"

Trivia

  • Lynn Decisive's name is a pun on 'indecisive.'
    • This played into her previous role as a refund point vendor, poking fun at Toons' indecisiveness with their Gag builds.
  • Upon her release in the v1.2.0 Update, it was hinted at that Lynn Decisive might one day receive a shop of her own.
  • Refund Points were previously 40,000 beans before the v1.2.6.3 Update.
  • The "99 Refund Point" phrase is likely a reference to the NPC Jacques Clock, who is said to have bought 99 refund points.
    • It may also be a reference to the maximum amount of points one was able to carry, which was 99.
    • Before the removal of Refund Points, it would have cost 990,000 Jellybeans to reach this.
  • Prior to her redesign, Lynn wore the Tie-Dye shirt, the Rainbow skirt, Rainbow Hypno Goggles, the Yellow Beanie, and the Fusion Gags Pack.
