Refund Points

A Refund Point was a point that could completely remove a Gag Track from a Toon's Gag panel, returning all training points spent on the track back to the Toon. This was the only way to unlearn a Gag Track.

If a prestiged Gag track was refunded, the prestige would have been refunded for free. Unlocking a previously refunded Gag track after it had previously been refunded gave back 100% of the experience that a Toon has invested into it.

Refund Points were removed in the v1.3.0 update, which made all Gag track and prestige removals free of charge. All unused Refund Points were converted into 10,000 Jellybeans up to the Toon's maximum bank capacity, which was the same amount of Jellybeans that they were able to be purchased for from Lynn Decisive prior to the update.

Ways of Obtaining

• One Refund Point was made available through completing the Turning Back Time sidetask, which was unlocked upon reaching Drowsy Dreamland in the taskline.
• Refund Points were available as Weekly Rewards, with one point having been obtained from the base pool of rewards and more points very rarely obtainable from the pool of consumables and 48 Hour Boosters once earning all rewards from the base pool. They had a 2% chance to appear.
• Lynn Decisive, who once resided in Acorn Acres sold refund points for 10,000 Jellybeans each.

Trivia

• Before the 1.2.6.3 update, buying a Gag track that was previously refunded would only give back 50% of the experience they had before refunding.
  • Before this same update, Lynn Decisive sold refund points for 40,000 Jellybeans as opposed to 10,000.
• A Toon was able to hold a maximum to 99 Refund points.
  • By May of 2022, 13 Toons had saved up at least 90 Refund Points
  • If a Toon had 99 Refund Points prior to the 1.3 update, the points would have been converted into a grand total 990,000 Jellybeans. Even if the Toon had an empty 100,000 Jellybean bank and an empty 8,500 Jellybean jar, they would still overflow and 881,500 of the Jellybeans would have been lost, with the Toon having taken advantage of only 11 of the converted Refund Points.
