Shorty Fuse
Shorty Fuse is an NPC Toon who takes up residence in The Kaboomery located on Loopy Lane in Toontown Central.
Appearance
Shorty Fuse is a yellow mouse who wears a red Bottom Stripe shirt, red High Pockets shorts, the Bird Hat, the TNT Backpack, and Red Sneakers.

Toontown Central - Shorty Fuse appears in the Fire Safety sidetask. His dialogue during this task is as follows:
"WATCH OUT, WATCH OUT!"
"Oh. It was a dud."
"Phew, I was nearly about to blast you right out of your gloves!"
"Let me introduce myself. I'm Shorty Fuse. Proprietor of explosive objects alike."
"I'm well known around these parts. You've heard of me, right?"
"No? Well... Let's just say the Toon Council knows plenty."
"They've been trying to keep me limited in what explosive fun I've been having lately."
"But I think it's a buncha nonsense. I only damaged a few roofs..."
"And attempted explosive fishing in the playground pond.."
"And maybe burnt a few hairs of poor Flippy's head a time or two..."
"Okay, I'm a hazard, I admit it."
"But I can't help it! I love my firecrackers and whirlybooms and screamers and, and, and..."
"They only recently started letting me have my fun again, under one condition."
"That I start training Toons around here about explosives and fire safety."
"They even gave me a few outfits to hand out."
"So what do you say, I'll give you the outfit and teach you a lil, and you grab me up some parts for the super firecracker I'm working on?"

"Great work, these are gonna make the biggest boom yet!"
"Ok, so first lesson."

"Bad. I think."
"Just, like, stop it when you can. That'll help in those situations."
"Okay, lesson over. Next thing I need."
"I need some metal casings for these firecrackers. Imagine the boom blasting through some of those!"
"Quick, before I get bored."
"Imagine me when I'm bored."
"Yeah, see what I mean?"

After recovering 5 metal casings
"Sweeeeet."

"Explosions are."
"AWESOME!"
"No, wait."
"Bad, again, I think."
"Just, like, cover your ears before they happen."
"OH! Also shout so other people know to cover theirs before the explosion."
"Okay, great lesson, last thing I need."
"I need some metal plating."
"For protection, y'know?"
"Gotta be safe when dealing with explosives!"
