The Storm Cloud is the level seven Squirt Gag. It precedes the Geyser and succeeds the Fire Hose. In order to obtain the Storm Cloud, a Toon must earn a total of 9,000 Squirt skill points.

- There are Cog attacks that involve this Gag, which consist of Liquidate, Freeze Assets, Acid Rain, and Brain Storm.
- The sound that plays when the Gag hits loops causing the sound of the Gag's button being pressed to be heard twice.
