Toon Levels

The Toon Leveling System is a feature which allows Toons to earn EXP and gain Laff Points, Gag Pouch capacity, Jellybean jar capacity, and Training Points. EXP and level are displayed on the Experiometer at the bottom of the screen. Toon EXP is earned from completing ToonTasks, defeating Cogs, and gaining Achievements.

Earning Experience

There are three primary ways to earn experience:

• Finishing ToonTasks
• Defeating Cogs
• Unlocking Achievements

Cog EXP Rewards

Cog EXP gain is calculated as:

• Regular Cogs will reward 2.5 times its level in experience. (A level 4 Cog will award 10 experience.)
• Executive Cogs will reward 5 times its level in experience. (A level 4 Executive will award 20 experience.)

The max experience you can earn in a battle is capped at 1500 experience points. Most bosses will easily allow you to reach this cap.

Leveling Rewards

The following are rewarded as the Toon progresses through the game:

1. Every 1 level, +1 laff point.
2. Every 10 levels, +10 Gag Pouch capacity.
3. Every 5 levels, +500 Jellybean capacity.
4. At levels 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 28, 38, 48, 58, 68, and 78, +1 training point.

The amount of EXP (N) required to reach level x from the start of the previous level is given by the equation $N=15(x-1)(x+4)$.

The amount of EXP (N) needed for the current level x is given by the equation $N=15x(x+5)$

The total amount of EXP (T) required in order to level up to level x from the start of level 1 can also be calculated using the equation $T=5x(x-1)(x+7)$.
