Worn Out Waylon is an NPC Toon stationed in the Clothing Shop in Drowsy Dreamland. Toons can purchase some outfits available during Toon creation from him.

Worn Out Waylon is an green cat who wears an aqua Plain shirt and royal blue High Pockets shorts.
Purchasable Clothing
Worn Out Waylon will sell the following clothes when speaking to him:
- Button-Up shirt
- Guayabera shirt
- Hearts shirt
- Single Flower shirt
- Jean shorts
- Denim Skirt
Each purchase will cost the player 200 Jellybeans regardless of whether or not they take both a shirt and shorts or skirt.
