Billy is an NPC Toon located on Silly Street in Toontown Central. Players can sell fish caught while fishing to him.
Appearance
Billy is a yellow duck who wears a blue Bottom Stripe shirt, royal blue Shorts with Belt, and a Fishing Hat.
Trivia
- Prior to the v1.3.0 Update, Billy was originally a Dog. He was turned into a duck by the Duck Shuffler in the Hires & Heroes (v1.3.0) Trailer.
