The Duck Shuffler is a Cashbot Manager Boss who was introduced as part of the Hires & Heroes Update. He can be found roaming the streets of Toontown Central. He was first revealed during the cogs.ink ARG.
Toons fighting against the Duck Shuffler will have Content Sync applied to them. They will be synced down to the following stats:

Toon-Up |
This is one of the few Manager fights in the game where Toon-Up isn't an instant slot in. Due to the fact that his one main attack does a staggering 6 damage, you generally won't find yourself having to heal too much unless you somehow manage to have 4 Cogs hitting you all at once. Better yet, just let him roll Sevens and immediately undo any damage he just did that turn. And even if you do need to do the healing yourself, your two healing options significantly outpace his damage anyway healing either double or just above however much damage he'll dish out on average. Rating: 3/3 Stars |
You already don't have to heal in this fight, so having your Toon-Up prestiged is really overkill. But if you really hate seeing a Laff Meter that isn't completely full, then go ahead and take it. With Toon-Up prestiged, both of your healing options will almost completely be able to undo the damage of his Spin attack, bringing Feather's self-healing up to 5, just 1 Laff under Spin's 6 damage, and Megaphone up to 10, which is the maximum amount of damage that any Toon can take from the Duck Shuffler in one turn. Trap |
There isn't really too much of a need for Trap in this fight since this fight is just a Throw, Drop, and Zap fest. You can use it if you really want to set up, but what are you even setting up for? This fight lasts for 3, maybe 2 turns if your group has the right setup. Now keeping all of this in mind, ignore literally everything in the previous sentence because its Duck Shuffler literally who cares what you bring to this fight. Rating: 3/3 Stars |
There was once a time where with the power of prestiged Trap you could defeat the Duck Shuffler in one shot. Now let's ignore the fact that this abused some oversights involving IOUs and the fact that literally no one did this in the first place. Prestiged Trap had an amazing use for dealing a grand total of 204 damage with a combined Clara and Rake. Unfortunately for prestiged Trap however, that time is not now and this oversight has long since been patched out. Umm... Now it's uh... it's good for dealing a slight amount of extra damage I guess? Lure |
The only reason you'd need this Gag in this fight is because you want to use Throw as your main source of damage instead of Drop or someone decided to randomly throw out a Trap. It's not that great for mitigating damage from extra Cogs just yet since you only have Small Magnet which will only keep Cogs lured for a single turn. Not that you'd need to mitigate damage anyway because you certainly aren't on the verge of death too often in this fight unless you're a 15 Laffer fresh out of the Toontorial. Rating: 3/3 Stars |
Prestige Lure's main use in this fight is if you want to 2 turn Duck Shuffler. Unlike Drop however, Lure and Throw cannot 2 turn this fight without Bar being rolled on both turns of the fight. It's only recommended to try to 2 turn in this way if you aspire to be just like the Duck Shuffler himself and gamble your way to victory. Rating: 3/3 Stars |

Throw |
The swiss army knife. It does a lot of damage, it makes Cogs take more damage for the rest of the turn, and it can even heal if you have it prestiged. It can do literally everything! Which is why you probably already have this track on you. If you don't I can imagine it's for one of two reasons:
Rating: 3/3 Stars |
What is there to even say about prestiged Throw? A prestige that lets you just casually toss out a lot of damage at once while healing yourself up for a pretty decent chunk of Laff. What's not to love about it here? Oh yeah, probably the fact that you take maybe 10 damage at most if you're extremely unlucky. Fortunately for you, this is one of the few fights where prestige Throw isn't an automatic slot in! Not that it matters, of course, because this is Duck Shuffler so you could bring just about anything and be fine. Rating: 3/3 Stars |

Squirt |
Probably the golden standard for a support Gag. There isn't a single fight in the game that you don't want to bring Squirt to because it's just that useful everywhere. Were you expecting Duck Shuffler to be any different? Of course because it's so useful, odds are someone else in your group already has it so you can choose not to bring it! Wait what do you mean all 4 Toons in your group had this exact same thought? Rating: 3/3 Stars |

Zap |
Remember when this Gag used to require a degree in rocket science to use? Thank god Zap isn't like that anymore so you'll actually see more than 10 people using it now. And it's a good thing that people use it now too because Zap is pretty nice for Managers like this one. Deals a considerable amount of damage while letting you severely overkill a poor unsuspecting Cog with like 12 HP who has really unfortunate timing for when they chose to stand directly next to the Manager. Definitely nice to have here since you'll probably only ever see a single Cog standing next to the Duck Shuffler at most. Rating: 3/3 Stars |
Remember that poor unsuspecting Cog I just mentioned? Well now they're getting overkilled even more since they're getting hit with the direct hit this time instead of the weaker unprestige pool damage! Doesn't make too much of a difference in this fight though since the Gag levels are too low for there to be any significant difference in pool damages. Rating: 3/3 Stars |

Sound |
It's a good idea to keep Sound on hand. Everyone loves a good win button don't they? This track is especially useful if by some miracle enough Cogs don't fly away at the mere sight of everyone's favorite gambling addict for there to be 3 or more Cogs in the fight at once. Rating: 3/3 Stars |
I said this already in the Trap section, so instead of trying to come up with some way to say the exact same thing two different ways I'm just gonna lazily copy paste what I wrote before. Wait did I copy paste too much of that... Rating: 3/3 Stars |

Drop |
The king of DPS is here. As with any fight that revolves around dealing damage to a single target, Drop is one of the two best Gags to bring due to the sheer numbers it can throw out with relative ease. Not that I needed to explain any of this, of course, because Drop is pretty much just an automatic slot in for literally any Manager build. And if you did need that explained to you, then welcome to Toontown: Corporate Clash and get ready to have a fun time with this amazing game! Get used to seeing Drop being recommended for most fights in this game! Rating: 3/3 Stars |

There is no optimal strategy for handling the Duck Shuffler when considering his low damage and the randomization of his cheats.
