Sound is the seventh Gag used in battle. It is a Support Gag used to deal equal AOE damage to all Cogs in battle. It also applies Encore to the user, which buffs damage of their next Gag by 8%. Using Sound while having Encore boosts the Sound damage but applies the Winded debuff, which reduces Sound damage by 50% for 2 turns. Neither Status Effect is applied if Sound misses.
All Sound Gags have a 95% base accuracy.
Prestige Effect
After unlocking Sound, the player can allot one Training Point to their Sound Track to Prestige it. Prestige Sound increases the Encore boost to 16%.

Advantages of Sound
- Capable of killing multiple Cogs at once and quickly.
- The Encore status effect helps make for some great combo damage thresholds, such as when it is combined with Trap.
- Good for clearing out Cogs that are low leveled or low enough on health.
Disadvantages of Sound
- Sound cannot be spammed; the Winded status effect will prevent Toons from doing so.
- Can only defeat all Cogs up to a certain level, lower than other Gags.
- Even if it can defeat higher, they require the use of high-level Sound gags, which are very limited in quantity.
- In order for Sound to be more efficient, more Toons need to have the Gag Track in battle.

Trivia
- Opera Singer has a unique animation for killing Cogs, where their heads will explode before their bodies fall over and shrink away.
- Cogs have different animations when getting hit by Sound depending on their bowtie.
- If they have a regular tie, they will use one hand to adjust them.
- If they have a bowtie, they will use both hands to adjust them.
- If they do not have a bowtie or have a closed collar, they will use both hands and wipe them across the chest of their suit.
- Winded is the only debuff that a Toon can cause to themselves.
