This appearance of Count Erclaim showed up in the Halloween 2018, April Toons 2019, and Halloween 2019 events. Due to Manager Cogs not existing at this time, Count Erclaim was simply an Executive v2.0 Cog with Tenure (cannot be fired).

Count Erclaim could be fought in his Abode which was located either on Silly Street during Halloween 2018 and April Toons 2019, or in Lawbot Headquarters during Halloween 2019.

With his Halloween 2019 iteration, Count Erclaim was given an upgrade which granted him the ability to go up to level 20.

What made Count Erclaim unique at the time was his high damage values, his ability to give out rewards that no other Cog gave out, and the fact that Count Erclaim was the first Cog to have an animated head (excluding The Chairman), which would eventually become more prevalent in the v1.1.0 update with the revamp of the Lawbot Department.

Battle

There were no Laff requirements for this fight. Teams of up to four could enter the Abode to fight Count Erclaim. Additionally, there was a small chance to fight Sads the Skelecog depending on the average for how many Cogs the group has destroyed in total. This chance, once granted, skipped out on the entire first battle and Count Erclaim entirely.

Tiers

The difficulty of Count Erclaim's fight would scale with the group's average Laff Points during Halloween 2018 and April Toons 2019.

During Halloween 2019, the difficulty was based on the average Suit Tier of the group's Lawbot Cog Disguises. The tiers are as follows:

Tier Suit Average (Halloween 2019) Count Level Health (Base) Health (Skelecog)
Tier 1 Bottomfeeder-Bloodsucker 10.exe v2.0 198 HP 99 HP
Tier 2 Double Talker 12.exe v2.0 273 HP 136 HP
Tier 3 Ambulance Chaser 14.exe v2.0 360 HP 180 HP
Tier 4 Back Stabber-Spin Doctor 16.exe v2.0 459 HP 229 HP
Tier 5 Leagle Eagle 18.exe v2.0 570 HP 285 HP
Tier 6* Big Wig 20.exe v2.0 693 HP 346 HP

*The Tier 6 version of Count Erclaim only existed for the Halloween 2019 version of the fight.

Rewards

Rewards from defeating him ranged from 10-20 pieces of multiple or specific Shkrafting Materials, depending on the difficulty. These would be used as currency for Elphabat, who would give the players Halloween outfits in exchange for these Materials.

For the Halloween 2019 version of the fight, if a Toon had a Skelepire Key during the fight, the amount of sets for the rewards were increased.

Trivia

  • The Count Erclaim's name is a pun off of counterclaim, which means a counter-response in a court to answer and persecute anyone in a court of law.
  • Count Erclaim speaks incorrectly when saying forbode instead of forbade to rhyme with abode.
    • All of his sentences rhyme with one another as they are said after one another.
  • Unlike a Cog that cycles his quotes, Count Erclaim repeats himself after fighting him again and again.
  • The Count changes the accuracy of certain attacks at high levels, with Liquidate being the prime example.
  • This version of Count Erclaim's head would pass on as the base head for the Bloodsucker in the v1.1.0 update.
