Elphabat is an NPC Toon who could be found during Halloween events, April Toons events, and briefly during Break The Law. She could be found alongside her sister Hexadecimal in any of the 8 main Playgrounds. Interacting with Elphabat would open up the Shkrafting Shop, featuring a plethora of Halloween-themed items purchased using Shkrafting Materials.

Halloween 2024 was the last event Elphabat appeared in, as she would depart from Toontown to go travel the world with Hexadecimal, mentioned in the "Halloween VI: The Final Fright" blog post. Since April Toons 2025, Reid Stock has taken over her Shkrafting Shop.

Appearance

Elphabat is a black Bat who wears the Black Wizard Hat, the Witches Broom, Witch shoes, the Wizard shirt, and the Witch skirt.

Shop Dialogue

Elphabat has multiple different lines of dialogue for when Toons both enter and leave the menu for her shop. This dialogue is as follows:

Entering The Shop	"Anything beats that old dungeon, setting up shop here is much more convenient!" "Did you bring some materials, [Toon Name]?" "I've got clothing, accessories, and more! Just bring me the right materials and they're yours!"
Leaving The Shop	"There's always something available for purchase, come back soon!" "Don't forget about my sister, Hexadecimal. They'll give you rewards for you Batcoin collection!" "Make sure to come back soon, my sister and I pack up once the holiday is over!"

Trivia

Elphabat's name is a mix of the name "Elphaba," a witch from the musical "Wicked," and the word bat.
During the Halloween 2018 event, Elphabat was located in The Dungeon, locked up in one of the cells and wore the normal Wizard Hat.
During the Break The Law event, Elphabat was located in Lawbot HQ and briefly wore the Lawbot Resistance Ranger outfit.
During the Halloween 2020 event, Elphabat could only be found in The Brrrgh and would wear a random Halloween themed hat each time the playground was entered rather than her Black Wizard Hat.
Elphabet previously sold Boosters, and any items or words mentioning them were removed as of Spooky Toonsmas 2022.
