Hexadecimal
Hexadecimal is an NPC Toon who could be found during Halloween and April Toons events. She could be found alongside her sister Elphabat in any of the 8 main Playgrounds. Hexadecimal hosted the Bat-tle Pass, a rewards system that gave Toons unique items for reaching certain Batcoin milestones. Hexadecial first appeared during Halloween 2019 during Operation: Break The Law phase one.
Halloween 2024 was the last event Hexadecimal appeared in, as she would depart from Toontown to go travel the world with Elphabat, mentioned in the "Halloween VI: The Final Fright" blog post. Since April Toons 2025, Lynn Decisive now sells her Bat-tle pass items in exchange for Shkrafting Materials.
Appearance
Hexadecimal is a black Bat who wears the Alchemist Overalls and the Alchemist skirt.

- Leading up to the Toonsmas 2020 event, numerous letters to Santa Paws from Toons around Toontown were shown off on the Corporate Clash Twitter. One of these letters was written by Hexadecimal.

- During the Break The Law event, Hexadecimal was located in Lawbot HQ.
- During the Halloween 2020 event, Hexadecimal could only be found in The Brrrgh.
