Lawbot Headquarters (shortened as LBHQ) is the base of operations for the Lawbots. Toons are tasked with infiltrating this Cog Headquarters when progressing through The Brrrgh Taskline. Toons can collect Patents in the Lawfices to fight the Chief Legal Officer, who is found in the Executive Lawfice.
Courtyard
The Lawbot HQ Courtyard is surrounded with stone walls and large books, with towering buildings seen on the outskirts. The Courtyard is covered by a smoggy, overcast sky with potted plants and benches around the area. At the center of the Courtyard is a fountain that spews oil. Touching this oil deals -15 damage. Staying in the oil will continuously deal -15 damage every 5 seconds. On the left-side of the Courtyard lies the Lawfice Lobby, and the Legal Administration Foyer at the other end from the Courtyard entrance.
Cog Spawns
- Level 5-10 Cogs roam around the Courtyard.
- Tier 1-7 Cogs can spawn in the Courtyard.
- An average of ~10 Cogs roam the Courtyard at any given time.
- There is a 92% chance for a Cog to spawn as a Lawbot.
- There is a 2% chance for every other Department to spawn (8% total).
- +1x Gag Experience and Merit multiplier while in the Courtyard.
Lawfice Lobby
The Lawfice Lobby contains the entrance to the Lawfices, the Facilities of Lawbot HQ. There are 3 types of Lawfices: Lawfice A113, Lawfice B221, and Lawfice C418. Each vary in length and amount of Patents rewarded. Toons must infiltrate the Lawfices and defeat 2 Lawfice A's, 2 Lawfice B's, and 1 Lawfice C to complete their Lawbot Cog Disguise. Once a Suit is fully built, Toons can infiltrate the Executive Lawfice and battle the C.L.O.
This area includes a foyer with Lawbot Cogs patrolling the area. Legal Documents continuously rain around the area.
Cog Spawns
- Level 7-10 Cogs roam around the Lawfice Lobby.
- Tier 3-8 Cogs can spawn in the Lawfice Lobby.
- An average of ~9 Cogs roam the Lawfice Lobby at any given time.
- Only Lawbot Cogs will spawn in the Lawfice Lobby.
- +1x Gag Experience and Merit multiplier while in the Lawfice Lobby.

The Legal Administration Foyer
At the end of the Courtyard lies the entrance to the Legal Administration Foyer, where Toons can form groups, board the elevator, and battle the C.L.O. inside the Executive Lobby. The Legal Administration building visually resembles a courthouse, with statues and spotlights outside its exterior. On the left-side of the foyer resides the Lawbot Secretary Judy. Infiltrating this location requires a completed Lawbot Cog Disguise.
Legal Administration Lounge
On the right-side of the Legal Administration Foyer lies the entrance to the Legal Administration Lounge. This area is another lobby with an elevator that takes Toons to the Overclocked C.L.O. battle. To gain access to the lounge, the Toon must first have at least a level 8 Big Wig disguise, then complete the Report Roundup Directive. Directives are obtained by speaking with Judy in the foyer (make sure you have a task slot available).
Executive Lawfice
The Executive Lawfice is the area where the C.L.O. resides. The Executive Lawfice is a massive office lined with towering pillars and golden tiled floors. Both the standard C.L.O. fight and Overclocked variant take place here.

Plant Puzzle
Upon gaining access to the Legal Administration Lounge (O.C.L.O. Lobby), Toons can attempt the Plant Puzzle. The Plant Puzzle requires Toons to interact with each potted plant in Lawbot HQ in a specific order, resetting if they break the correct sequence. Completing the Plant Puzzle unlocks the Plant Hat, and gives potted plants the ability to speak.

The clock atop the Legal Administration building chimes every hour on the dot. At noon and midnight (12:00 AM/PM EST), a separate, unique chime is played instead.

Trivia
- The numbers in each Lawfice has specific references.
- A113 is a long-time Pixar joke referring to the classroom used by various animators.
- B221 is a form of aluminum, and Sherlock Holmes's address number is 221B.
- C418 is the composer and sound designer of the sandbox game Minecraft.
- The Legal Eagle statues use their old, pre-v1.3.0 body models.
- The Legal Administration Lounges theme (O.C.L.O. Lobby) was revealed in the game's files before being properly introduced in v1.2.0.
- The plant language that Toons can translate can also be used to translate Bubby in Boredbot Headquarters.
- Lawbot HQ's current design (introduced in v1.1.0) was shown off as early as the April Toons 2019 event, where Toons could collect fragments of its layout blueprints.
- Toons without access to the O.C.L.O. Lobby can still get in via an oversight with the Group Tracker:
- A Toon with access to the Lobby must create a group for either the regular C.L.O. or a Lawfice. Then, they need to walk into the O.C.L.O. Lobby. The Toon without access joins the group, then uses the "teleport to group leader" option under "Actions."
- The Toon will still be unable to fight the Overclocked C.L.O. Attempting to ride the elevator gives them a pop-up message that reads "Did you pick the lock to get in here? C.O.G.S. Incorporated will not tolerate misdemeanors of this level. I'm going to tell your manager."
- This also allows Toons to attempt the Plant Puzzle early.
