Big Wigs are the eighth Cog in the Lawbot Corporate Ladder. They are Tier 8 Cogs ranging from levels 8-50. Like other Tier 8 Cogs, Big Wigs cannot be found on Streets normally. They can, however, be found roaming inside of Cog Headquarters, being most likely to appear in the Lawbot Headquarters Lawfice Lobby.

The following is a list of Big Wig's chance to spawn in Lawbot Cog Buildings. Note: Boss Chance refers to the Cog's chance to spawn as the Building's boss. The "Tier" determines the amount and level range of Cogs spawned inside the building (i.e. a building labeled tier II will have a level range one level higher than its tier I counterpart).
Laff Boosts are obtained at Levels 8, 15, 20, 30, 40, and 50. A Lawbot HQ Toon Profile Background is unlocked at Level 8 as well as the Directive: Report Roundup. Completing this directive will reward Toons with the Executive Lobby Key, which allows access to the Overclocked C.L.O.
To unlock their Executive Cog Disguise Toons must defeat the Overclocked C.L.O. at Big Wig level 50.
