Cheats

Lure resistance.png

The Scapegoat can only be lured for 2 rounds.

CogShield Banner.png

The Scapegoat will take 30% of all intended damage and redirect it towards himself. This can happen even when Lured, but it will not cause him to Unlure.

RageBuilding Banner.png

The Scapegoat's passive ability, Rage, is a percent value ranging from 0-100%. Once it reaches 100%, he will enter an Enraged state.

Building Rage:

  • Passive Rage Build-up
    • The Scapegoat will passively build rage every turn. The amount he gains increases per turn. However, if he is damaged by a Gag (excluding absorption damage), the passive rage he builds in that turn will be decreased.
    • The following table demonstrates how Scapegoat passivley builds rage. Every turn, the cycle increases by 1. The Scapegoat will start at 0 in the cycle (0% rage), gaining 15% rage at the end of the turn. However, damaging him with a Gag will set him to -1 in the cycle, gaining only 10% rage at the end of the turn (excluding rage built from other sources).
Cycle Rage Gained
-1 +10%
0 +15%
1 +20%
2 +25%
3 +30%
  • Rage Build-up Triggers
    • Damaging the Scapegoat: 10% of damage taken is converted to rage, including absorption damage, rounded down (Combo, Knockback, and each individual Gag's damage applied to Scapegoat directly is rounded individually)
    • Luring the Scapegoat: +15% Rage (Only applies if Scapegoat stays lured at the end of a turn)
    • Soaking the Scapegoat: +15% Rage
    • Firing other Cogs: +20% Rage
    • Suing other Cogs: +15% Rage

Enraged Banner.png

Once his rage builds up to 100%, he will stop absorbing damage from other Cogs and will deal 30% more damage and take 30% less damage for Two Rounds. The Scapegoat's Lure Resistance will increase by 1 while Enraged. Activating this cheat while Lured will simply unlure him, but he will not attack. Flames will rise from his feet and surround his body as he puts up a new idle animation.

ShieldsUp Banner.png

After the two rounds of Enraged are up, the Scapegoat will cool down and returns back to protecting Cogs.

Desperation banner.png

This cheat will trigger once the Scapegoat is the last Manager standing on his side. The Scapegoat now deals 40% more damage and has a Lure Resistance of 1 Round. While Enraged, he has complete Lure Immunity and lacks the 30% damage reduction that a regular Enraged mode has.

Manager Synergy Cheats

The Litigation Team has unique benefits where different pairing of managers can completely alter how some cheats and its bonuses function.

Scapegoat Synergy Cheats:

When paired with the Litigator:

  • When the Scapegoat puts his Shields Up, the Litigator will use a Bayou Bash. This can stack with his regular Bayou Bash cheat, which forces a Bayou Bellow cheat.

When paired with the Stenographer:

  • While the Scapegoat is Enraged, the Stenographer will ban 2 Gag levels instead of a singular one.

When paired with the Case Manager:

  • When the Scapegoat is Enraged, the Case Manager will apply a pair of Legal Bindings to a Toon. When the Scapegoat's temper cools, the Case Manager will give Insurance to a Cog.
  • The healing of Insurance Plan is increased to 85.
