As of Spooky Toonsmas 2022, Count Erclaim has not been rehired as a Contractor for C.O.G.S Inc. His current whereabouts are unknown and he cannot be fought for the time being. Toons that have previously fought him can still examine his page in the Cog Gallery.
Count Erclaim is a 4 Cog sided battle. Toons must fight him and his minions in order to win, with his battle cheats and the dangerous potential of his minions to block that path.
In Halloween 2021, Count Erclaim could've been fought while on almost every street. He is significantly stronger here, with higher HP values and his cheats being modified.
Tiers
In his Abode, the difficulty of Count Erclaim is based on the average Toon Level of the group upon entering the elevator. On the street, his original health is increased by ~80%, and his level is chosen based on the Neighborhood is located in. The tiers are as follows:
*Indicates a Cheat move. Note: These numbers are multiplied by 1.25x in Erclaim's Skelecog form. Additionally, these are increased by 1.1x for every Cog Erclaim Sacrifices (or 1.05x while fighting him on the street). His damage multiplier caps at 7.77x
Cheats
Note: All the cheats can potentially be used in one turn, but never twice (except for Laff Steal in certain scenarios).
In his Abode
Count Erclaim can only be lured for 2 rounds.
If Count Erclaim successfully attacks a Toon, he will absorb the damage of the attack as health, plus 100 extra if he's critically low. Despite the move hurting the Toons, this does not remove any of their Laff Points.
Erclaim will destroy one Cog, absorb their current health, and have a 1.1x damage boost. The damage boost stacks with itself and the Skelecog form. Erclaim will not use Sacrifice if he is not missing at least 500 HP from his life bar, through the proper way to activate it is unknown. Count Erclaim will prioritize the following Cogs to Sacrifice:
Sued Cogs first
Highest available Cog health in group
Cog is a Skelecog
The Cogs that were previously destroyed by either Toons or the Sacrifice cheat are brought back to life. However, they are promoted up one level, always an .exe, and are also Skelecogs. This cheat can be used multiple times in the entire fight, and the max level can rise up to 30.
Erclaim sinks and ascends into his Skelecog form when he is depleted of his health the first time. He gains a 1.25x damage boost and keeps 75% of his inital HP for the remainder of the fight. He loses his ability to attack for that turn, but can still use any cheats if their conditions are met.
Erclaim's maximum overheal is 100% of his original HP. Meaning he can go up as much as 2214 HP!
Despite this being a normal attack in practice, its chance to hit becomes enabled when at most two Cogs remain in battle, Erclaim included.
On the Street
Note: Cogs will constantly join Count Erclaim's fight for as long as he remains alive. Rise from the Scrap is also non-existent.
Count Erclaim can only be lured for 2 rounds. Although due to his Sacrifice cheat (explained below), he can only be lured for only 1 round.
Remains the same, but with a 175 HP cap.
Sacrifices the strongest Cog in battle for their HP every round, regardless of how much he has himself. This results in his damage boost being cut by 1.05x (caps at 7.77x).
A new cheat exclusive to a Count Erclaim street battle. Every so often Erclaim will decrease the amount of damage taken to himself only by 10%, then 5% after the first time. The cap is at 40% and stays until he's defeated.
Same 100% overheal. With the substantial HP buff, a level 20 Count can go as high as 5312 HP!
Same damage and HP values. He will automatically use Scope Creep and Sacrifice when his turn is up.
This activates if Erclaim cannot Sacrifice at all, meaning no other Cogs are present in the battle.
