Secretaries are Cogs that can be found and interacted with within their respective Boss Lobbies. Once the player has reached the Tier 8 Cog for their Cog Disguise, they'll be able to gain access to Directives, given exclusively by the Secretaries. These Cogs cannot be fought. Currently, only the Lawbot Judy has been released in the game.
