Secretaries are Cogs who work under the C.O.G.S. Bosses for each Cog Department. They can be found and interacted with within their respective Cog Boss Lobbies. Secretaries give out Directives, which are Cog-themed tasks that are part of Overclocked Boss progression. Players can access Directives once their Cog Disguise reaches the 8th tier Cog. Secretary Cogs cannot be fought as they do not appear in Cog battles.
Currently, only the Lawbot Department's secretary, Judy, can be found in-game.

- Secretary Cogs are considered Managers, as Judy has the ".mgr" suffix on her nametag.
