Cheats
This battle can hold up to a maximum of four Cogs. A group pool of up to 17 Cogs can be spawned into the fight ranging from levels 3-5. Three spawn initially at the beginning of the battle, while the rest continuously fill up to the cap whenever a Cog is destroyed.
This cheat will afflict Toons with the Ink Drain debuff, reducing Gag effectiveness by 25% for 2 rounds. For example, a 60 damage Kart Battery will deal 45 damage instead. This cheat will activate at the beginning of the round starting on round 2 and every 4 rounds afterwards. This cheat is identified by Toons being colored gray while under the effects of Ink Drain.

Trivia
- In the v1.3.0 QA session, the L.A.A. had 185 HP. He also did not have unique voiceclips.
- The L.A.A.'s office is based on Toontown Online's "Cog Penthouse Suite" that was originally seen in Field Offices.
- The L.A.A.'s middle initial and last name reads as "Escrow", which is an agreement between two parties where money or property is kept by a third party until a particular condition is met.
- In a Backstage Blogpost, Enoch (a Clash Crew Member who did significant writing for both the L.A.A. and the D.O.L.D.), stated that he was modeled after a "Texan land mogul, which implied the confidence, position, and sheer passion for land development".
- The original plan for the ending cutscene was for the L.A.A. to slip and fall while stomping.
- The L.A.A.'s design was based off of D.O.L.D., not the other way around.
- The L.A.A's twirls during the marching section were an homage to the Mover and Shake turns in Toontown Online Field Offices.
