Due to being a Skelecog, all negative effects applied to the Head Attorney will last for one less round.
Upon sustaining non-lethal damage that contains combo damage, the Head Attorney will object to the Toons being able to use combo damage, because Cogs cannot do the same. This does not trigger if there is only Lure Knockback damage.
There is a 90% chance for the Head Attorney to follow with his counterargument, healing for only the combo damage taken. He will then apply 1/3 of that combo damage to a Guilt Trip retaliation attack. This means that if the Head Attorney was dealt with 90 combo damage, he will heal 90 HP and the Toons will be hit with a 30 unavoidable Guilt Trip. This does not use up his turn, so he can attack twice in one round.
There is a 10% chance for the Head Attorney to have no ground for his objection. He will be unable to heal and use Guilt Trip. He can still attack despite his overruled Objection, however.

Trivia
- A head attorney is a legal professional appointed to govern a legal department.
- The Head Attorney's Objection! cheat is a reference to how lawyers object in the Ace Attorney franchise.
- Another reference is the Head Attorney's friend request denial dialogue, which is most likely referencing Miles' Edgeworth's dialogue from the Ace Attorney games, where he says "Thanks to you, I am saddled with unnecessary... feelings." after finally confronting Phoenix Wright after not seeing each other since their elementary days.
- According to the death taunts and from Judy herself, one of the Head Attorneys is named Nix. Note that this Cog is not related to a certain Satellite Investor.
- The word, "nixed", is similar to that of a veto (a legal power to reject a decision).
- It may also be a play on 'Nick', which is the nickname given to Phoenix Wright (the protagonist of Ace Attorney) by his friends.
- The Head Attorney's battle theme was rendered unused prior to the v1.3.0 update, uploaded on Ex-Composer MasterFrasca's SoundCloud.
