Head Honchos are the eighth Cog on the Boardbot Corporate Ladder. They are Tier 8 Cogs ranging from Levels 8-50. This Suit is head-and-shoulders above the other applicants both in size and in strategic cunning.

Like other Tier 8 Cogs, Head Honchos cannot be found on Streets normally. They rely on a rare chance to spawn in Cashbot Headquarters and Bossbot Headquarters, as Boardbot Headquarters has not yet been released. They can also be found more reliably in Cog Buildings.

Best Locations

Since Boardbot Headquarters is not yet released, the only non-instance areas the Head Honcho can spawn in are Cashbot Headquarters and Bossbot Headquarters with a very low chance. The Head Honcho is unable to spawn in Sellbot Headquarters and Lawbot Headquarters due to how their spawn requirements work. Tier 8 Cogs cannot spawn inside their Courtyards, and their facility exteriors, where tier 8s can spawn, are restricted to only Cogs of their native Department. They can also be found on Acorn Acres and Drowsy Dreamland streets only during Head Honcho Cog Invasions.

• An all-new Boardbot Cog Line-up has arrived!
  • Head Honchos received a new head model and design.
  • Head Honcho no longer uses Pink Slip, Paradigm Shift, or Tee Off and instead uses Falling Knife and Blue Chip.

• A head honcho is typically the person in charge of the entire business.
• The new design of the Head Honchos were the seventh Boardbot Cog revealed as part of The Director's Cuts ARG.
• Head Honchos are the strongest Tier 8 Cog and overall Employee Cog.
• Head Honchos like lettuce because they are usually referred to as heads of lettuce.
• Head Honchos' original design is based off the giant head found in the Sellbot Headquarters Sellbot Factory Exterior.
• Head Honchos have a login for the cogs.ink website.
  • The username is headhoncho and the password is H3adOFF@th3_pA33.
• Head Honchos have a custom Cigar Smoke animation.
  • However, Skelecog Head Honchos use the regular Cigar Smoke animation.
• Head Honchos have two Boardbot exclusive attacks making them the Cogs with the most of these attacks.
