Pettifogger
Pettifoggers are Lawbot Operations Analysts, a type of Specialist Cog. They are labeled as an associate to Bloodsuckers. Pettifoggers are Tier 2-3 Cogs ranging from level 2-7.

Promotions
The Pettifogger Cog Disguise can only be used as an Executive Cog Disguise. Toons obtain this Suit after doing one Overclocked C.L.O. fight as a Level 50 Big Wig, which is accessed after completing the Report Roundup Directive. They can only progress through their new Executive Disguise by fighting the Overclocked C.L.O,.
As with other Executive Cog Disguises, Patents are not required to progress the Pettifogger Disguise. Once Toons reach Level 7 of their Pettifogger Disguise, they are able to do the Crossword Crisis Directive that allows them to reach their Needlenose Disguise.

- There are now six new types of Lawbots, with each being either a Field Specialist (Attack) or Operations Analyst (Defense).
- Attack Cogs deal higher damage but have lower health and dodge chance, while Defense Cogs deal less damage with a higher health and dodge chance.
- These specialized cogs have a chance to be sent out in place of regular Lawbots, so watch out!
- Pettifogger is added to the game.

- A pettifogger is a person who deals with petty cases or involves themselves in dubious practices.
- Pettifoggers and the Chief Legal Officer are the only Cogs with glasses who do not have eyes under them.
