Halloween 2019

In 2019, Halloween coincided with the Break The Law event. Count Erclaim made a return, but this time could be found inside the CJ statue in Lawbot Headquarters. During the Count's battle this year, the Count's level varied depending on the average Lawbot suit level of his Toon combatants.

Depending on the average amount of cogs destroyed in the group entering the Count Erclaim elevator, Toons had a small chance at encountering Sads the Skelecog.

Rewards from defeating Count Erclaim could be converted to Halloween Items through Shkraftbooking.
