Halloween 2019
The Halloween 2019 event began with the v1.0.14 Update on October 25th, 2019 and lasted til November 13th, 2019. This event coincided with phase one of the Operation: Break The Law event. Count Erclaim made his return with his Abode now located inside the Chief Justice statue in Lawbot Headquarters. Count Erclaim's level ranged from 10-20.exe depending on the average Lawbot suit level of the Toons.
Depending on the average amount of cogs destroyed in the group entering the Count Erclaim elevator, Toons had a small chance at encountering Sads the Skelecog.
Rewards from defeating Count Erclaim could be converted to Halloween Items through Shkraftbooking.
The arrival of Count Erclaim was announced in the "OPERATION: Break The Law PHASE ONE" blog post while the Trick-or-Treating celebration was announced in the "A-doe-able Decorations" blog post.
