Throw is the fourth Gag used by Toons in a battle. This Gag is a Power Gag that deal strong single target damage. When used with multiple other Throw Gags on the same Cog in a round it will receive a Combo damage bonus, dealing an additional 20% of the total damage done.
Cogs that are hit by Throw are inflicted with the Marked for Laugh debuff. Marked for Laugh gives all other Gags used on the Cog a 10% damage buff for the rest of the turn.
All Throw Gags have an 80% base accuracy.
Prestige
After unlocking Throw, the player can allot one Training Point to their Throw Track to Prestige it. Prestige Throw gains a new effect called 'Caramelize', which gives the user a self-heal of 20% the base damage dealt, rounded up.

Advantages of Throw
- Throw deals more damage than Squirt, which can make it useful for training and defeating Cogs.
- Throw successfully hitting Lured Cogs generates a Knockback bonus in proportion to the Lure used, making it easier to destroy Cogs.
- Prestige Throw's 20% healing can help Toons in solo battles.
- IOUs and other effects can increase the damage and therefore the self-heal.
- Marked for Laugh can allow for nice follow-ups with other Gags Tracks, especially prestige Drop.
Disadvantages of Throw
- Without using Lure or taking advantage of accuracy buffs, Throw has a higher chance to miss than Squirt (80% vs 95% base accuracy).
- It also has no dodge debuff like Squirt, which can make the following Drop harder to hit.
- The Prestige Throw healing is not a reliable healing method. There are a lot of attacks that can outdamage the heal.
- Status Effects that decrease Gag damage also affects Prestige Throw's healing bonus (still 20% to the current damage).
- Lure does not increase the amount of self heal Prestige gives nor does Combo damage, as those do not increase the base damage of the Throw Gag.

Throw has gotten a new prestige!
Prestige Throw will now give a self-heal to the user for 20% of the Gag's total damage upon usage, not including knockback nor combo damage.

Marked for Laugh applies a damage vulnerability debuff onto the targeted Cog.
This debuff starts at 8% and climbs up to 20%, based on number of Prestige Throw's used in one turn.
Marked for Laugh lasts for two turns.
Marked for Laugh can only be reset if a stronger debuff is applied by using more Prestiged Throw gags at once in a later turn.
Marked for Laugh is represented visually by pie splats.
- As such, Unprestiged Throw will no longer apply visual pie splats.

- There was a hidden mechanic in Toontown Online that made the Wedding Cake's tiers split up depending on the amount of Cogs present.
