The Confetti Cannon is the level seven Toon-Up Gag. It precedes the High Dive and succeeds the Juggling Cubes. In order to gain the Confetti Cannon, a Toon must obtain a total of 9,000 Toon-Up skill points.

Trivia
- With the release of v1.3.1, all Toon-Up Gags received perfect accuracy. Therefore, the Confetti Cannon's unique miss animation can no longer be seen.
- Within the files, the Confetti Cannon texture refers to it as the "Party Cannon."
- Along with its Club Shop icon description being "Get ready to PAR-TAY!", this likely makes the gag a reference to Pinkie Pie's party cannon from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
